Excellent hotel with a very accessible shuttle to Xinzheng airport. The service is very personal and the rooms were very large. The beds were very comfortable and the shower pressure is good. Unfortunately, the location is very far from any metro station so you should not stay here if exploring Zhengzhou. Would certainly stay here again for convenience to airport.

I stayed at Kaifu International Hotel at the Xinzheng airport for one night due to bad weather. The hotel is only 3 minutes drive away from the terminal and its shuttle pick-up service is almost immediate once you call their front desk (*************). It also has frequent drop-off service. The room is large and well maintained with all necessities. Clean as new. They even allowed me to reuse the room after l checked out but needed to use it for some time to deal with airline re schedule due to weather cancellations. After that they stored my luggage for two days.I want to mention that the shuttle driver, Mr Zhang, is very nice and helpful. He not only helped with my heavy luggage but also brought them to the terminal when I returned to the airport for my re-scheduled flight one day later. His smile warms me up during the snow storm that caused so much travel interruptions.I recommend this hotel to everyone who needs to stay at the airport.由于天气不好，我在新郑机场凯福国际酒店住了一晚。酒店距航站楼仅 3 分钟车程，只要致电前台（*************），酒店几乎可以立即提供班车接送服务。它还提供频繁的送机服务。房间很大，维护得很好，有所有必需品。干净如新。他们甚至允许我在退房后重新使用房间，但需要使用一段时间来处理因天气取消而重新安排航班的情况。之后他们帮我寄存了两天的行李。我想说的是，班车司机张先生非常友善且乐于助人。他不仅帮我搬运沉重的行李，还在我一天后返回机场搭乘重新安排的航班时将它们带到航站楼。在导致旅行中断的暴风雪期间，他的微笑让我感到温暖。我全心全意地推荐这家酒店。

My flight was late evening which saved me time to rest because It was very close to the Airport.. Booked lake view room and it was wonderful to see early morning. The room price was friendly and the room was unexpectedly cleaner than I thought.

Very close to airport, quiet except for occasional noise from departing aircrafts. As we left early for flight, we didn’t take breakfast. Shuttle bus to airport at 6 am was punctual and smooth. Easy check in. Good bed and room. Recommended! 👍👍👏👏

這是一個非常棒的體驗，前台人員，尤其是張師傅，都很友善及熱情。房間也不錯，設施齊全乾淨。酒店位置很方便，3分鐘就可到達機場。
