海洲大饭店

A very big and elegant hotel. The rooms were clean, simply designed but spacious, but the experience of the whole family was unsatisfactory. So after staying for 2 nights, we transferred to another hotel. The 2 front desk staff were very inefficient, disorganized and unfriendly, we waited for nearly 30 minutes before we were given our key cards. The rooms had very strong cigarette smoke smell; well in fact my sister highlighted to them upon reservations and again during check-in that some family members have allergies. Good thing we had anti-histamines to alleviate the allergies. When we checked out, the bell service staff did not even bothered to help us with our luggage which was really disappointing. |On the other hand, the Japanese restaurant in the hotel is good and the staff were very warm and accommodating. My sister chose this hotel because her experience last year was great, she didn't expect that standards had deteriorated.

The Haizhou Hotel Haining is a fairly modern hotel in a great part of the city. First, a bit about the city... Smallish by Chinese standards, Haining is about 750,000 people today, with plans and construction to nearly double that over the next decade or so. It's a very accessible city, with friendly people who seem quite tolerant of those of us who speak no Chinese. The hotel has plenty of staff who are at least semi-conversant in English and were very capable in helping me when needed. The rooms are well appointed, beds are comfortable, and the internet is good (again, by Chinese standards; slow by American ones). The hotel is on the main east-west road through the city and taxis were always available (and taxis are very cheap by American standards). Breakfast is included; the on-site restaurant is big and has a wide selection of foods on the buffet. As one would expect, most of the food is Chinese, though there is plenty of food that matches a midwest American palate. All-in-all I was very pleased with the hotel and would recommend it to others with no concerns.

海宁海州大酒店是一家相当现代化的酒店，位于城市的大部分地区。首先，简单介绍一下这座城市……按照中国的标准，海宁很小，如今约有 75 万人口，而在未来十年左右的时间里，规划和建设将使其数量增加近一倍。这是一座交通便利的城市，人民友善，似乎对我们这些不会说中文的人相当宽容。酒店有很多员工，他们至少能说半流的英语，并且在需要时非常有能力帮助我。房间设备齐全，床很舒服，网络也很好（同样，按照中国的标准；按照美国的标准，速度很慢）。酒店位于穿过城市的东西向主干道上，随时可以找到出租车（按照美国标准，出租车非常便宜）。含早餐；酒店内的餐厅很大，自助餐的食物选择很丰富。正如人们所预料的那样，大多数食物都是中国菜，尽管也有很多食物符合美国中西部的口味。总而言之，我对这家酒店非常满意，并且毫无顾虑地向其他人推荐它。

在海宁算是挺不错的酒店了，位置在著名的皮革城附近。酒店体量挺大，客房很多。虽然前台设计的比较简单，不过大厅还是挺大气的。大堂吧内有出售各种西点，看起来很诱人，价位一般都在30元以上，不过蛋糕的体积都不小，一块吃下去估计也差不多饱了。海宁作为著名的皮革制品集散地，从世界各地来的客商比较多，这家酒店应该是属于商务型的酒店，在酒店里就能看到不少外籍人士。这边的房间都比较大，大概有40平米左右。特别是洗手间，在房间里占地面积也较多，与其他酒店比起来相对来说也比较大。洗手间里淋浴和浴缸是分开的。浴室玻璃是透明的，只在胸部以下部位做了磨砂处理。在客房可以看到浴室里的情况，个人不太喜欢这种设计，大床房倒是无所谓，标准间也这样设计感觉不太合理，虽然有磨砂玻璃挡着也看不到什么实质性的东西，但是心理感觉不太好。而且我也没有找到帘子之类的。浴室内设施齐全，该有的都有，不过如果能安装一个化妆镜那就更好了。香皂很巨大，个人感觉不太环保，酒店的香皂是一天一换的，这么大一块都差不多可以用一个月了，实在有点浪费。洗手台旁边还有一个直饮水龙头，住的酒店也算不少了，有这样设计的酒店还真的见得不多，不过因为习惯问题，有瓶装饮用水我还是选择喝瓶装的饮用水。这家酒店的衣柜设计在洗手间内，还真是有点不好找，想换双拖鞋，在房间里找了很久都没找到衣柜，在洗手间才找到的，隐蔽的很好。酒店客房也比较大，床也挺舒适，一夜好眠。里侧的床对着一面镜子，这种设计我是觉得挺好，因为赶时间的时候一人在洗手间洗漱，另一人就可以在客房内梳妆。但是对于对风水有研究的住客来说会觉得床对着镜子风水不是很好。早餐在一楼的自助餐厅吃的，需要刷房卡进入。酒店的入住率应该挺高，我们去的时候发现自助餐厅里的人满满当当的。自助早餐的品种还是不少的，符合五星级酒店的标准的，现烧的馄饨也很好吃。早餐的饮料品种也不少，除了常规的橙汁、牛奶等，还有水蜜桃汁，我喜欢。酒店性价比真的算是不错，下次来皮革城购物可以考虑再次入住。

The first time I stayed in this Hotel already not everything was perfect.|But as I mostly stayed only for one night and the price was relatively low (RMB 380) I didn't care so much.|In the meantime I stayed there already for more than ten times. Every time the price was going up while the service quality is going done. Within less than one year the price went from RMB 380 to RMB 550 while the room size went from junior suite to standard room.|To top it all even the minibar went from minibar to a cupboard with some cans in it.|Someone should teach the staff on how to be friendly to people as the people in some way are paying there salaries. Or might just be because I am a foreigner. At least they are calling you or knocking on your door after midnight and ask if you need a massage. Very thoughtful after all the stress with there personal.|For me this was definitely the last time I have stayed in this hotel..

If your expectations are not high this hotel is ok. The staff struggle with English but that's also ok. Rooms are a good size but basic. The public areas are quite dark probably to conserve power.|Breakfast is not good. The egg station is hidden and there are very few staff members to help. They ran out of coffee cups so I found someone and asked for more. They brought 2 and there was already 6 people lined up for coffee. The highlight was the marching band that came into the foyer and played. I wouldn't travel out of my way to stay here.

Was here again to visit customer and have to say that they improved the Wifi which is quiet important while traveling for business. Don't forget to ask for a room on the other side of the road if you are sensible to the noise. Breakfast buffet is fine compare to other hotel in the country side. They should improve on the A/C side, it was to hot in the room.

环境好、舒适、干净、交通方便。酒店的大厅、房间的环境感觉蛮好的。服务挺好的，比较热情，一进大厅服务员就很热情。房间里有电视、电脑，网速蛮快的，房间的空间一般，普通的窗户，隔音很好，听不到什么声音。卫生很好很干净，卫生间也没什么异味，提供一次洗漱用具，吹风机，感觉挺舒适的。交通很便利的，离公交站很近，在市区附近有大商场。酒店的停车位蛮多的。价格很合理，提供免费早餐。酒店配套的有游泳、网球场娱乐场所。

Good price. Nice hotel. Need be upgraded. Will come back again in future.

价格不错。不错的酒店。需要升级。将来会再次回来。
