私湯很棒，溫泉水質據說是碳酸池，不擔心硫磺的臭味。室外公共池有機會也可以去體驗。私湯房間到前台距離有點遠，但服務還是很不錯的，帶著微笑對客人揮手。服務員即使半夜也會送到房門口，管家@鲍茹梦的貼心服務很窩心。

One of the most pleasant stays in my life! The hotel is clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The surroundings are nice and quiet, and the hot springs are just amazing. The receptionist couldn’t speak English very well when we checked in (which wasn’t too much of a problem anyway), but when we came back to our room later, we found some snacks and an absolutely adorable note with some helpful information from the staff. Thank you for the great weekend! Will definitely come again.

The ‘hot spring’ was an highlight, the bike ride ( yeah, electric for 24 hours) from next door bike hire, awesome. We had so much fun, could park the electric bikes without any hassle at the hotel bike park. Due to heavy rain we called the bike shop who agreed to pick them up by car the following day, without us having to take the back by ourselves. And the hotel was very helpful to leave them behind. Everyone , without fail, has been trained in customer service - it’s noticed! A wave and hello, always given whoever you pass. Yes, I would stay here happily again in the future! Ernst New Zealand

房間設計，配套設施真的很一般！服務還好！订了大木屋，号称是溫泉私桶，脏乱差不說。还不隐私，設計敗筆！

Hotsprings are great for relaxing especially in the evenings that's the main draw of this hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable with beautiful surroundings. Recently this hotel was renovated after it was taken over by Howard Johnson. I think the facilities have increased or improved for kids (e.g. large play centre and water play area), but it was a little disappointing that hotel guests have to pay for it. The breakfast buffet has decreased in size and cannot say there was much change in quality. Anyway breakfast was pretty cheap and some fees are pretty low.

The experience was very pleasant. I went there with my wife and daughter along with one more couple. We enjoyed our stay pretty much. The food in the Chinese restaurant on the second floor was very delicious. I wish the breakfast was a bit better.The hot spring area is amazing! With so many different hot springs it's pretty easy to find privacy with your family in friends. The room was clean and beautiful. There is an old village very close by when you can find many souvenirs and food, as well as to experience the spirit of the village walking the small streets aside from the main touristic alley. From the village you can get on a hiking trail and enjoy the beautiful nature around the lake. I will definitely visit the hotel again!

这次经历非常愉快。我和我的妻子、女儿以及另外一对夫妇一起去了那里。我们住得很愉快。二楼的中餐厅的饭菜非常好吃。希望早餐能好一点。温泉区太棒了！拥有如此多不同的温泉，您可以轻松地与家人和朋友一起找到私密空间。房间干净又漂亮。附近有一个古老的村庄，您可以在这里找到许多纪念品和美食，并在主要旅游小巷旁边的小街道上漫步，体验村庄的精神。从村庄出发，您可以沿着远足小径欣赏湖周围美丽的自然风光。我一定会再次访问这家酒店！

Expansive breakfast included. Dinner was good, but the proximity to Hanling and the selection of restaurants was even better. Courteous and responsive staff. Pleasant surroundings. Clean room with good service. Afternoon fruit and water delivered to the room. By staying on this side of Dongqian Lake, we were encouraged to see more natural and less crowded sites. It really was a getaway. Now I need to go back in the fall or winter to see more sites and enjoy the hot springs.

包含丰盛的早餐。晚餐很好，但离汉陵很近，餐厅的选择也更好。工作人员彬彬有礼且反应灵敏。环境宜人。房间干净，服务周到。下午水果和水送到房间。通过住在东钱湖的这一边，我们被鼓励去看到更多自然和更少拥挤的景点。这确实是一次逃离。现在我需要在秋天或冬天回去看看更多的景点并享受温泉。

The best hotspring hotel in Ningbo. We got a cabin with private hotspring. Very romantic and relaxing.

宁波最好的温泉酒店。我们订的是带私人温泉的小屋。非常浪漫和放松。
