客房區只有四棟四層高的建築，只有四十多間客房，體量小的好處是酒店區域內都很幽靜，配合滿園春色，很適合躺屍。離煩囂的西溪濕地景區步行可及，又偏安一隅。套房都在1樓和頂層5樓，而2樓和3樓都是非套房。我自己會更喜歡1樓庭院套房。今次訂的是隱溪庭院套房B，我又想離河邊近一點，於是酒店安排了這間直通碼頭的3103蘭庭，除了庭院有八人桌外，還可以在躺椅看著船走船泊。還有一間書房/和室，同樣也適合對著碼頭發呆。整體的服務也非常在線，響應速度都很快，特別是客戶服務的Teamo值得點讚。期待九月柿子成熟的季節再來發現一個不一樣的木守西溪。

環境很舒服，房間乾淨，冬天時入住有暖氣，而且浴室暖氣跟房間是分開，可以獨立調校，浴室有地暖這點很好！早餐很精緻、好吃，選擇也算多，服務員也很細心，很適合帶老人家和小孩一起去，體驗很好！服務態度很好，所有員工都會有禮貌主動打招呼，也會主動幫忙，有需要時回覆很快！

服務很到位 給客人一種有尊貴感！地理位置有種世外桃源的即視感！每天都有不同的零食水果供應，體驗感很讚👍

非常推薦入住，整個酒店滿滿的設計師風格，很喜歡！安靜地待在房間泡泡茶，酒店內走走拍拍照就很舒服，酒店餐廳也好吃

訂好的酒店，但是到店等待時間太長太長，本來已經開車4個小時到杭州，已經很累了，又餓又累，到店再等一個多小時，心態有點崩潰，假期兩天計畫打亂了，也沒玩好。圖片上傳不成功。环境：還可以卫生：一般服务：一般，態度還可以，就是辦事效率太低

酒店環境一流 尤其是中菜廳菜式味道一流 服務人員Backy貼心 本來安排的房間欠缺少少私隱 櫃台 Ella 好貼心的為我調另一間房間 很是喜歡 亦為我準備一個一磅好好味的生日蛋糕及房內佈置 有甚麼問題只要微信 Ella她都樂意安排及回答 服務生 Carter亦好貼心 有禮但可惜沒有落雪 影不到雪景 整體都好享受
