Staffs are friendly and helpful. Especially for a foreigner who has difficulty in engaging parcel delivery they try their best to help out kudios to all the staffs. Room wise is clean and comfortable. The pillow and mattress are so comfortable that you can doze off easily. They have their own brand of beddings.

工作人员很友好，乐于助人。特别是对于一个外国人，在包裹投递方面有困难的，他们会尽力帮助所有工作人员。房间干净舒适。枕头和床垫都很舒服，你可以轻松地打瞌睡。他们有自己品牌的床上用品。

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a blessing in disguised when our booking was changed from another hotel to this. The breakfast was sumptuous. The room was nice and clean. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We are so glad we had the chance to stay here. Thank you to the staff team here!

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the interior decoration are pretty and modern. The hotel staffs are also friendly and takes initiative to improve your stay. I had great experience resting at Atour hotel in Hangzhou.

Shout out to the staff, we had a very pleasant stay . Room is clean, hotel is vibrant. All the staff are very warm, helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back to stay at this hotel again if i visit Hangzhou

Been here a 2nd times, the staff is helpful, location near a lot of restaurant and university, and it’s clean, just that our room had some smoking smell left. Anyways, can’t wait for the 3rd time

房間很大，整潔，設施充足，房內還有電視盒子，看電影，聽音樂。早餐選擇算多，酒店於地鐵站附近，非常滿意的酒店。

Great location near the stadium for the Asian games. All the staff was very helpful. The hotel was very clean and in great condition.
