Atour Hotel Hangzhou Qianjiang New City

I came to this hotel chain on a recommendation of one of my friends. The cost is reasonable - I can get its biggest size room with the cost of getting a standard size room at another international brand hotel chain. ||A few suggestions to the hotel management: |- make sure any carpet in the hotel - in front of the elevator, hallway, elevator are very, very clean. This will bring the hotel up one level|- make the elevator looks nicer, match the simple, calming atmosphere the lobby area presented. Apart from Lobby, this is another place the guests form their opinion of the hotel, so very important. ||The room style is simple, but clean, and calming, which is very good. Glad to see that Chinese Chain of hotels creates such atmosphere. if the hotel management also investment in people training, and other small improvements, this hotel chain will be one day on par with some of other international chain. ||Well done!

Im staying for 3 nights. Just check out today. Im coming from Malaysia for a conference here. I really satisfied staying here. The room appeared new, clean and spacious. I can accesd many new movies. Moreover, i am very happy with the staff. the staffs are friendly and will help me as much as they can. E.g book a cab, chaging my money and etc. They are kind even though have some language barrier. I love them. I have to late check out as my conference was late .Yet no extra charge subjected. By2😊💮💮
