Club Med Joyview Thousand Island Resort

Good:|- food surprised on the upside for a buffet, some of it was freshly prepared (great big prawns and noodles), most of it was perfectly seasoned and franklyg, some of it was delicious! - and for mother's day they handed out chocolate which I wouldn't have been disappointed with if I'd bought them in a posh London shop.|- outdoor play areas are brilliant, integrated with surroundings and challenging for my 4yo|- free vehicle taking you to closeby beauty spots (one place 朋友圈, was particularly pretty, while another with massive trampolines suspended over the lake(!) and an adventure tunnel was a huge hit with the kids)|- Kelly contacted me in advance to make sure the reservation was correct, there was attention to detail as the room was set up correctly as requested||Bad:|- we joined the Mini Club on one excursion (the 朋友圈) - and the minders organised for the kids to drink orange juice in a lovely spot under the shade of a tree - and then PROCEEDED TO LOOK AT THEIR PHONES. They didn't engage any of the kids, didn't really chat to them, didn't organise games, didn't explain anything to them, or point out things of interest. It was terrible. In their defence, the amazing Malaysian Mini Clubs guy wasn't minding the kids that day. He was great and the kids took to him as he was bright, engaging, smiley, jokey and very charismatic. I think the staff need training.|- my 78 year old mother booked one hour of KTV and no one was there - she has bad mobility and can't really stand for long - but no one helped her to organise it. In the end Kelly did help, but that was after she was left standing for a while.||Overall, it was great and I'd go again, but think the Mini Club staff really need a lot of training.

以前就听说过ClubMed这个品牌，说有很多GO员工带着一起玩，这次和朋友过来体验的时候果然是个活力四射的地方。从一进门开始就有GO小伙伴进行指引，很多游玩的问题也可以咨询他们。酒店里面的娱乐设施还蛮齐全的，还有瑜伽教室和专门的运动场，都有员工会带着上课的。还体验了一把户外的骑行活动，千岛湖的空气果然很适合运动。晚上在酒吧是有演出可以看的，感觉带小朋友来应该更开心了。玩了三天还蛮充实的，推荐带小孩子的来会更好玩！

已经是ClubMed忠实的粉丝了，冲着G.O来的，所以其他的我不是特别在乎，这么压抑的疫情之下，还是想找个地方彻底释放心情。·交通：除了自驾之外，可以下了千岛湖高铁站之后直接打车30分钟左右到店，先进入鲁能胜地内一直开到度假村内·客房：我定的是套房，装修是让我有惊艳到的，木质装潢比较温馨。不会给人压抑，阳台是超级大，有躺椅很宽敞，一个人佳套房真的·服务：我定的是一价全包，要买就得一价全包啊，这样才能体验到精髓嘛.G.O来的，服务真的很好，由于其他奢牌不同，发自内心的服务是能够感受出来的。-活动：此行目的之一，就是想感受下久违的晚间活动，CrazySign带领所有人舞蹈，非常开心。有机会还会来的,度假好地方~

The hotel is very new, the staff is very good, breakfast is plentiful and there are many activities for kids to play like badminton, ping pong, swimming pool, billiardsand so on.

酒店很新，工作人员很好，早餐很丰富，还有很多适合孩子玩的活动，比如羽毛球、乒乓球、游泳池、台球等。
