杭州华美达酒店

We stayed in Ramada Plaza in Hangzhou for a week. The hotel is in the centre of Hangzhou city. Room we got was Good, we had 2 queen bed room, bathroom with bathtub and basic amenities were provided. Service in the hotel was good but you might face some language issue if you dont able to speak chinese. Same you will face during breakfast as you need to keep on asking for help for the food you are going to eat. one major issue which i feel is the wifi which need to improve. However This Hotel is good to stay in the centre of the city and enjoy the surrounding.

我们在杭州华美达广场酒店住了一个星期。 酒店位于杭州市中心。 我们的房间很好，有两张大床的房间，浴室配有浴缸，提供基本设施。 酒店的服务很好，但如果你不会说中文，你可能会遇到一些语言问题。 你在早餐时也会遇到同样的情况，因为你需要不断寻求帮助来获取你要吃的食物。 我觉得一个主要问题是无线网络需要改进。 不过，这家酒店非常适合住在市中心并享受周围的环境。

Check in/check out 都很快，很方便。房間裝修設備什麼的都很舊，窗是壞的，關不上，晚間對面有施工地盤24小時運作，很吵。沒有提供任何一次性用品基本的牙刷都沒有。杯子是髒的，冷氣很吵又不冷，去水很吵，隔音也很差。下次要換一家了。

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. We asked for a room with a city view which is really worthy. The room is quite big and clean, with all the necessary things. The location of the hotel is convenient. Subway station is just 2-3 minutes walk. A big shopping mall is also nearby. There are many places to eat. Nucleic acid test point is just across the street.

我们在这家酒店住得很愉快。工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。我们要求一间可以看到城市景观的房间，这真的很值得。房间很大很干净，该有的东西都有。 酒店的位置很方便。步行2-3分钟即可到达地铁站。附近还有一个大型购物中心。有很多吃饭的地方。核酸检测点就在街对面。

服務非常滿意，前台陳經理免費升級房型和早餐，住的很舒適，還會再來！退房的前台小王也很熱情，房間風景也很美，推薦大家入住

住了兩晚酒店房間衛生乾淨， 位置很好適合商務訪客，對面寶龍城餐廳選擇多， 酒店服務和早餐比一般連鎖好， 特別是前台小陳和小湯辦事效率高， 待客禮貌

很不錯的商務型飯店, 房間寬敞明亮, 機場大巴直接停靠. 自助式早餐種類份量皆充足, 還有現做麵點跟炒蛋煎蛋.

酒店就在地鐵站對面，交通很便利，去哪都方便。早餐豐富，種類份量皆充足，服務到會十分滿意，下次來還會選擇這裏

Good hotel with basics covered. Location is convenient with a mall and restaurants nearby. Room is good with clean bathrooms and views.||||They don't really speak English so will take some effort to go around. Speak slowly or have a translation app in hand; most of the staff do if you can't say so and the concierge too is smart to handle that but no one really speaks English well. I don't mind it as far as people are helpful and they are.||||Breakfast is a decent affair and you have lots of choices from congee to sausages and eggs. Better to have other meals outside as it's better. They have an in-room dining menu but is limited. You may not get mayo and such small things you take for granted in a western hotel; this is very much meant for Chinese guests and they probably do well there. Internet was okay; not too fast but not slow either except sometimes.||||Overall, I had no problems as staff sorted everything out though they took time to understand... for business only if your office is nearby.

不错的酒店，基本设施都涵盖了。位置很方便，附近有购物中心和餐馆。房间很好，浴室很干净，风景也很好。||||他们不会说英语，所以要花点力气才能走动。放慢语速或手上有翻译应用程序；如果你不能这么说，大多数员工都会这样做，礼宾部也很聪明地处理这个问题，但没有人真正能说一口流利的英语。我不介意，只要人们乐于助人，他们确实乐于助人。||||早餐很不错，有很多选择，从粥到香肠和鸡蛋。最好在外面吃其他饭菜，这样效果更好。他们有客房内用餐菜单，但数量有限。你可能不会得到蛋黄酱之类的小东西，这些小东西你在西方酒店里视为理所当然；这对中国客人来说非常重要，他们可能在那里做得很好。网络还可以；不太快，但也不慢，除非有时。||||总的来说，我没有遇到任何问题，因为工作人员把一切都整理好了，尽管他们需要时间来理解……只有当你的办公室在附近时才进行商务活动。
