You can choose hard or soft pillows. The restaurant is spacious and there are many choices for the buffet breakfast. And, |beware when the lift door opens. You may be travelling up and down the lift with a robot!

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn hotel with a group of friends while participating in the Spartan competition, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. From the cleanlinessto the affordability and the convenient location, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable. Our rooms were spotless, and the common areaswere well-maintained. It's always reassuring to stay in a clean environment, and the Holiday Inn definitely delivered on that front.Affordability was a key factor forour group, and we were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable rates at the Holiday Inn. Despite the quality of service and amenities, the cost was budget-friendly, making ourstay even more enjoyable.The location of the hotel was ideal, especially for those participating in the Spartan competition. It was conveniently close to the event venue, saving us valuable time and energy. Additionally, being in a vibrant and accessible area added to the overall appeal of the stay.One notable convenience was the free parking available downstairs. 小孙 at check in in wonderful. The check in process is smooth and fast and we are in our room in no time. It's a surprise that we got an upgrade on the room we booked. Thank you holiday Inn chang an. At departure, as our flight are early and way before the hotel breakfast is available. Thank again to 小孙 to arrange some simple take away for us. She sure does deserve a pad at the back for job well done. Make our stay at the hotel much more comfortable and pleasing.

We already use this hotel to spend the last evening before departure to next location. A wie nice shops and restaurants in the surrounding. Sometimes if you’re lucky you’ll get an upgrade.

Big thanks to hotel staff memebers fo their warm-hearted services. The Hotel definetly has seen some ages and you could tell from the wear and tear from the in-room funitures and equipment. Some renovation would be nice. Although it would be too harsh on the ketchen for the price I paid, a little bit improvment on breakfast would be nice. I didn't experience hard time on parking, but it seems the hotel is lacking on parking spots.

whenever I am in Hangzhou -Xiaoshan, I choose this hotel to stay in, Nice staff, good service, and great breakfast. It is very near to the subway station and also very near to a big shopping mall, Price is very good. Last time I used the Pool which was a bit old, but very nice, especially in the evening after you are off duty. there is also a rooftop Coffee shop in the last floor. I found out that many Flight attendants are staying in this hotel. We have booked two rooms and extended for more days.

每次去杭州萧山，我都会选择入住这家酒店，工作人员很好，服务很好，早餐也很棒。离地铁站很近，离大商场也很近，价格非常好。上次我使用的游泳池有点旧，但非常好，尤其是在晚上下班后。最后一层还有一个屋顶咖啡厅。我发现很多空姐都住在这家酒店。我们预订了两个房间并延长了几天。

雖然自己是IHG白金會員，但實在不喜歡IHG這個會員的福利，即使是IHG假日酒店的白金會員，在攜程想訂購完全沒有任何福利及優惠，而在IHG酒店應用程序訂購更是比攜程或**等等任何程序更貴，貴上超過20%以上，所以這次是在攜程上預訂，提提大家絕對比IHG官方App訂購更便宜，衷心感謝攜程。雖然沒有任何福利，但我這次還是選擇了假日酒店，但其實真的有點小失望，房間比較久，看得出已很多年沒裝修，大堂是比較新穎具設計感，但房間可能真的要改裝一下，整體來說杭州的酒店都比較舊，但還好算是十分乾淨，有國際酒店集團的標準，當然沒法和萬豪、希爾頓比較，但這間蕭山假日酒店的性價比還是挺高的，步行可去萬象商場，有喜茶、美甲等等，然後還有很多餐廳，算是比較高級的商場，所以地點算是便利，這次我就吃了星馬菜的海南雞等等，說是大众点评必吃磅，雖然近來已沒有上榜，但我覺得味道還算是不錯。
