酒店設施開始殘舊，泳池健身室不能使用，房間整體乾淨企理，唯牆身角位開始甩油，但員工服務態度良好，令人賓至如歸，要讚!

真的十分滿意這次旅程訂了這間酒店，服務超級好，每晚都會有熱湯提供，感覺就去了一個朋友家作客，十分友善！

This small resort is lovely, and the room we stayed in, “Pink Paradise” was great for the kids. The swimming pool was a bit small and the water level was quite low, but the staff explained it was deliberately left low because a lot of rain was coming (and indeed it started pouring the next day). Still, the friendly staff filled it up a bit for us. They also set up a poolside table for us, and basically accommodated all of our requests and made our weekend a wonderful experience. The rooms were well maintained and cleaned as well and the food was amazing.

这家小型度假村非常可爱，我们入住的“粉红天堂”房间对孩子们来说很棒。游泳池有点小，水位也比较低，但工作人员解释说，因为预计会下大雨，所以特意把水位调低了（第二天果然就下起了瓢泼大雨）。不过，友好的工作人员还是帮我们把水加高了一些。他们还为我们安排了泳池边的桌子，基本上满足了我们所有的要求，让我们度过了一个美好的周末。房间维护得很好，也很干净，食物也美味极了。

Absolutely stunning stay. I proposed to my girlfriend at the time at this hotel and now I stayed here for my Honeymoon, the night of my wedding. Everything about this hotel and stay is absolutely beautiful. From the staff, to the cleanliness, to the breathtaking scenery and amazing rooms!! Even the beds were the biggest I’ve ever seen.

这次入住体验简直太棒了！我当时就是在这家酒店向女友求婚的，现在我的蜜月旅行和婚礼之夜也都在这里度过。这家酒店的一切都美得令人窒息。从员工服务到房间的整洁程度，再到令人叹为观止的景色和舒适的客房，无一不完美！就连床都是我见过最大的。

A beautiful stay in Hangzhou. Not far from the hustle and bustle of the busy, touristy streets. Only 30-40 minutes car ride from Xizili Westlake Art Hotel located at North Jianguo Metro station. We needed a quiet and peaceful place to relax and enjoy and this was perfect! We got to explore the premises and enjoy the scenery of the tea leaves plantation. The hotel is right below the tea leaves plantation which we took a hike after late lunch. Breathtaking view! They also provided welcome fruits, drinks, tea, desserts and a little bag upon check in and out. Breakfast was sumptuous and serving was generous! Very responsive on WeChat and provided us with extra bottles of water and pillows. They also kindly gave us an option for free upgrade to a bigger room. Hot shower and bathtub was good! I enjoyed the books at the communal area and wished I had more time to relax and read there. My son loved the bicycle and cycled around the premises. We enjoyed exploring the village and enjoy the local restaurants and cafes. It was a short but enjoyable 1 night stay!Wished the pool was open for use with hot water!

在杭州度过了一段美好的时光。酒店距离熙熙攘攘的旅游街不远，距离建国北地铁站仅30-40分钟车程。我们需要一个安静祥和的地方放松身心，而这里正是理想之选！我们漫步在酒店周围，欣赏着茶园的美景。酒店就在茶园下方，午饭后我们徒步前往茶园，景色令人叹为观止！酒店在入住和退房时都贴心地准备了迎宾水果、饮料、茶、甜点和小礼包。早餐丰盛美味，分量十足！酒店微信客服回复迅速，还贴心地为我们提供了额外的瓶装水和枕头。此外，他们还免费为我们升级到更大的房间。热水淋浴和浴缸都非常舒适！我很喜欢公共区域的书籍，真希望有更多的时间在那里放松阅读。我的儿子很喜欢酒店的自行车，骑着它在酒店周围转悠。我们还探索了村庄，品尝了当地的餐馆和咖啡馆。虽然只住了一晚，但很愉快！可惜泳池没有开放，而且没有热水！

The hotel is located in the tea field which is very nice to have a moment away from the city. The room is super clean. We also were upgraded to a much bigger room with a baby it was very comfortable. For those who would like to have dinner at the restaurant I recommend to go there early. At 7pm the kitchen closes and they were enable to give us a proper dinner even tho we arrived at 6:30pm. They offered us instead a bowl of noodles that they usually serve for breakfast. We had to pay for that meal even though we were not able to choose what to eat. I would have appreciated a commercial gesture from the hotel but no. At the end we had to pay for that. The breakfast is also typically Chinese bear in mind that you will have noodles, rice, or other Chinese dumplings for breakfast. The pool is also very small. We went there only one time and the pool was half filled with water.. very strange.

酒店位于茶园中，远离城市喧嚣，环境优美。房间非常干净。我们带着婴儿入住，酒店还给我们免费升级到了一个更大的房间，非常舒适。如果想在餐厅用餐，建议早点去。厨房晚上7点关门，虽然我们6点半就到了，但他们没能给我们提供正餐。他们给我们提供了一碗通常作为早餐供应的面条。虽然我们没得选，但还是得付钱。酒店本可以稍微体贴一些，但并没有。最后我们还是得自己掏钱。早餐也是典型的中式早餐，请注意，早餐通常是面条、米饭或其他中式饺子。泳池也很小。我们只去了一次，泳池里只有一半的水……非常奇怪。

In general it was a good experience. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Hospitality was great. Just one comment about the room. Since it was winter time, room was extremely cold when we checked in and it took almost 3-4 hours to increase the temperature to resonable level. Maybe they can consider pre-heating the rooms in advance to customer check in.

总体来说体验不错。员工友善热情，乐于助人，服务周到。只是房间有点小问题。由于是冬天，我们入住时房间非常冷，花了将近三四个小时才把温度调到合适的程度。或许他们可以考虑提前预热房间，让客人入住时感觉更舒适。
