位置就在汽車西站旁，標示清楚很好找，暖氣非常暖，熱水也很足，除了窗戶太髒看不到外面風景與廁所霉斑，其他都100分。（隔天一早搭巴士直達千島湖非常方便）

環境干淨，整潔，找房的時候很容易找到酒店地方，服務態度可，其他都可以接受！！！！！周圍食物選擇都很多！

說實話住過這麼多間連鎖酒店，包括在別的城市的如家酒店這間是最差的！走廊和房間都有異味（可能是潮濕的味道？）下雨冷得要死在房裡開暖氣吹的都是冷風，打去問才知道「外面不冷不熱，所以自動關了」原來我自己覺得的冷不算冷🙂？要酒店自己覺得的是嗎？上了廁所沒水沖，打去問剛好水管維修，這個就算了因為馬上就好了，但！馬桶裡面超髒的！周圍都是黃色的！就算沖了水溢上來新水都還是黃的還有毛巾是破的，沐浴乳和洗髮精我感覺也很像放很久的以上都沒拍照片，但壓倒最後一根稻草的是我離開前去洗頭，這個蓮蓬頭都壞了🙂旁邊都漏水的，我真的是快瘋了這間酒店怎麼會有這麼多問題？讓我覺得對杭州的一切印象都很差！原本對於我們來說這個房價並不貴，但經過總總遭遇完全是多給了！而且一點都不值！

The hotel itself was not that bad. I have stayed in this chain with my wife in other cities, but this time was one of those that made our trip very unpleasant. We were very thankful that the hotel allowed us an early check in, but as soon as we got into the room we noticed that the room might have been unused for a long while and the windows were left open which made a lot of dust get into the room which wasn't noticeable at first but quickly bothered our nose. It was not a big deal, but when the night arrived we noticed that the room was not soundproof at all and we could hear the whole street noise for the entire evening. That combined with the dust made it a nightmare so we checked out after the first evening. I think the hotel was ok itself but that detail made it too bad to stay.

酒店本身还不错。我和妻子在其他城市也住过这家连锁酒店，但这次却是让我们的旅程非常不愉快的一次。我们很庆幸酒店允许我们提前入住，但一进房间就发现房间可能很久没人用了，窗户开着，灰尘进得有点多，一开始没注意到，但很快就让我们感到不舒服。这本来不是什么大问题，但到了晚上，我们发现房间完全不隔音，整晚都能听到街上的噪音。再加上灰尘，简直就是一场噩梦，所以我们住了一晚就退房了。我觉得酒店本身还不错，但这个细节让我们实在不想住。
