Loved everything about this place. We came for a two night staycation and it was a fabulous get away from the city. The grounds are fantastic - there are peacocks, black swans, huge koi, a natural lake, two swimming pools (one outside particularly impressive), kids playground, indoor children’s room for little children, well equipped gym. The room was really spacious with large swivel tv, Marshall Blu tooth speaker, nespresso machine and Artelier Cologne shower gel/shampoo/body lotion/conditioner and soap. The breakfast room has lovely comfy sofas as well as tables. Breakfast was good and we spent a long time in the mornings just enjoying a long leisurely breakfast looking out at the garden. The attention to detail was superb, little extra goodies and just a general feeling that it was a cared—about place. Service was great, friendly and helpful but equally un-intrusive. This was such a nice experience as I’ve previously booked weekends away in China at big brand hotels and been really disappointed so I was apprehensive. Rose Garden Resort did not disappoint, we felt it was like being in a European boutique style hotel. It was so refreshing. We were here when it was wet and cold and we still enjoyed it - relaxing with books and at the indoor pool. We popped out into Hangzhou for dinner using DiDi which was easy enough.Highly recommended, we will be back again!

For a relaxed Family vacation with a nice outdoor swimming pool this Hotel is perfect. The room was huge, very spacious, made for kids to enjoy. Friendly personal, great service, all in all a very nice Hotel to stay at, if you do not intend to leave the Hotel to discover the City Hangzhou.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Hangzhou Rose Garden resort hotel. The service when we arrived was very welcoming, and attentive. The staff told us that the room was not quite ready for us at around 14:15 so we were invited to spend time at the outdoor pool while it was finished being cleaned. The outdoor pool is fantastic - quite a hub of activity especially late afternoon before dinner time. It has a number of sunbeds, parasols and shaded seating to cater to everyone's needs. We spent a few hours everyday here because the poolside is so tranquil and well arranged. The room itself is amazing, incredibly comfortable bed with a couple of comfy arm chairs and a sofa. The TV had lots of films to stream. The room also had a number of amenities like bottle opener, glasses, toiletries, USB charger sockets, fridge, iron, ironing board, etc. Equipped for every need. Finally, the breakfast was outstanding. It is well laid out in the English bar area, and could keep up with any international hotel chain's. Lots of Western and Chinese choices, as well as indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy it at. The staff have all been very respectful, polite, welcoming and attentive. 5* for everything. Will come again and recommend. Thank you.

一家環境很不錯的親子酒店，早餐非常豐富，還有小朋友最喜歡的糖果🍬酒店一進去滿滿歐洲風情，處處是大片景，，游泳區的小花園賞心悦目，池子有室內室外，夠大夠用，運動設施也是齊。環境：非常大的網上寫的47坪，感覺遠遠不止，房間內設施齊全連音響也有，冰箱的東西免費吃，小朋友的用具很全，床品也是干淨舒服，電動馬桶交通：現在叫個車其實去哪都方便，附近有靈隱寺，宋城，游玩的應該是不缺了。餐廳：看價錢不算便宜，但好吃，份量非常足，以為都是小小一碟結果大大一盤，點太多了SPA：如果真有什麼不算太好的，應該是SPA吧，技師手法一般非常好的一家酒店，值得感受一下卫生：很好环境：很好服务：可以交通：可以

Great experience! Booked for my elderly grandma and parents for weekend getaway. Elegantly decorated hotel interior, beautiful garden, children's indoor and outdoor playground. Like the super clean room, super friendly staff. They are very considerate of us, all you can eat breakfast. We are very satisfied with their service! Would definitely come again!

A wonderful hotel, that meets all the necessary requirements for a good rest and work. Very good design, where the convenience and comfort of the guests are the main priorities.The staff is very polite, everything is at a high level. The breakfasts are excellent. In general, I recommend to everyone, the hotel is worth the money!

Rose Garden is the perfect place for a getaway. Staff are friendly and speak English, rooms are lovely and clean with nice touches such as small snacks and everything else you could want. Facilities are excellent and the grounds are beautiful, lush and green. The breakfast options are amazing and massages in the spa are also recommended. I will not hesitate to visit again whenever I need to recharge.
