温州香格里拉大酒店

I have come here for more than 10 years. It used to be a very good hotel with a nice expirience. I alwas stay at the Horizon Club it was mice. Now the service is poor. Staff does not speack english. The happy hour is very bad. They dont have vodka or gin. Food is poor. |Room service is bad. People on the phone do not speack english so they do not deliver. What is happening. Next time I ñook for another hotel.

Great stay on the river banks of Wenzhou. The hotel is one of the best overlooking the river and the the rooms are simply amazing. Definitely recommended if you are visiting Wenzhou.

在温州河畔的美好住宿。该酒店是俯瞰河流的最佳酒店之一，房间简直令人惊叹。如果您来温州，绝对推荐。

My weekend stay at Shangri-La hotel was truly outstanding! From the moment I arrived I was treated like royalty - the staff was friendly, professional and incredibly attentive, especially Julie, thank you for the outstanding service.The room itself was immaculate and tastefully appointed - a luxurious oasis to relax after a busy day. I took advantage of the wonderful amenities on offer including the swimming pool, spa, and sauna. The quality of the food was absolutely amazing - it was a real pleasure to enjoy such delicious, varied cuisine. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will be recommending it to all of my friends.

我在香格里拉酒店的周末住宿真是太棒了！从我到达的那一刻起，我就受到了皇室般的待遇——工作人员很友好、专业，而且非常细心，特别是朱莉，感谢您出色的服务。房间本身完美无瑕，布置高雅——是忙碌一天后放松身心的豪华绿洲。我享受了这里提供的一流设施，包括游泳池、水疗中心和桑拿浴室。食物的质量绝对令人惊叹 - 享受如此美味、多样化的菜肴真是一种乐趣。总的来说，我无法要求更好的体验，并将向我所有的朋友推荐它。

Love this hotel. Insanely helpful and thoughtful staff, great breakfast, beautiful pool/sauna/spa. Location isn’t the best but the view of the river is spectacular and Wenzhou has multiple “downtowns” so it isn’t a big issue. Favorite hotel chain by far after staying here and constantly look for affordable Shangri-La options every city I visit.

喜欢这家酒店。非常乐于助人且周到的工作人员，美味的早餐，美丽的游泳池/桑拿/水疗中心。位置不是最好的，但河景很壮观，而且温州有多个“市中心”，所以这不是一个大问题。住在这里后迄今为止最喜欢的连锁酒店，并在我访问的每个城市不断寻找价格实惠的香格里拉酒店。

出差入住了香格里拉，服务和设施都没的说。近几年由于工作原因，对减塑、减碳颇为关注，这一点上，香格里拉确实是老派豪华酒店的佼佼者。客房、餐厅都已由塑料瓶装水更换为纸盒水，将环保落在了小处、实处、可行处，让自然回归生活。水质清冽、口感清甜；铝箔封口，开启便捷；瓶身细腻，质感上乘；整体轻便，易于携带。非常欣喜地看到，我们的社会正在将立足当下和关注未来结合起来，同时将环保工作做得更为精良、精致。给香格里拉点赞，给环保点赞！

The hotel is next to the International Convention Center and this is around 15 minutes by taxi to the city center. And not much else around. We could not find a restaurant within walking distance. However, that was a lot of activity and was told that the hotel is very popular with weddings. I had the river view and the room was spacious and clean. But there was just a lingering smell like the carpets needed a good clean. The service was average. I did not want the buffet breakfast was could not order ala carte and had to return to my room to order room service. Dinner at the cafe was average. The menu looked very much like it came from Singapore. It was not a bad stay but felt more 4 than 5 stars. But in all fairness, the hotel is not charging 5 star rates and the attractive room rates reflect the location and service.

酒店毗邻国际会议中心，乘坐出租车约 15 分钟即可到达市中心。周围没有太多其他东西。我们找不到步行距离内的餐厅。然而，活动很多，并被告知该酒店非常受婚礼欢迎。我可以看到河景，房间宽敞干净。但只有一股挥之不去的气味，就像地毯需要好好清洁一下一样。服务很一般。我不想要自助早餐，因为无法点菜，不得不返回我的房间订购客房服务。咖啡馆的晚餐很一般。菜单看起来很像来自新加坡。这次住宿体验还不错，但感觉比 5 星还要 4 星。但平心而论，酒店并没有收取五星级的价格，有吸引力的房价反映了位置和服务。

First time staying in a Shangri La hotel and by far the best service/facilities of any of the major hotel chains in China. Staff were extremely helpful even helping with things before being asked. Will be the hotel chain of choice in future when travelling

第一次入住香格里拉酒店，是迄今为止中国主要连锁酒店中最好的服务/设施。工作人员非常乐于助人，甚至在被要求之前就帮忙解决问题。以后出差都会选择连锁酒店
