为了音乐节追星来哒，正好和朋友过来玩两天。很幸运提前入住碰上音乐节的明星。哈哈，酒店房间很舒适，做喜欢枕头，可以选择自己喜欢的。餐厅环境也很不错，很符合口味。一趟开心的旅程

因为是洲际会员，所以湖州选的皇冠假日，酒店是独家风格。里面还有个小型的游乐场，泳池卡丁车还有点意思。台服务就那个样。没有对会员很热情。没有识别出我的白金。P卡就是P吧。房间升级也看不出来有什么差异，还行。酒店位置有点偏。外卖送过来，只能在门口，还得自己下来拿。要么你运送啊，要么给机器人啊，这都配备不到无语。早餐的话就那...感觉洲际的标准并不是很统一，每家酒店都有不同的问题，这些问题每家决定给的解决方案也不太一样，呵呵。

酒店环境很好，第二次和家人过来啦，园林式的酒店，真的很适合度假，酒店新增了钓虾馆和萌宠乐园，小朋友很喜欢呢。餐厅服务很满意，服务员很热情，菜肴口味也很棒。推荐

Location, rooms and swimming pool excellent. Children enjoyed very well during our stay. Other facilities maintenance should be done better. For example children outdoor playground out of service for now, carting cars look like old. Indoor activities should be improved with more option. Also dining in the hotel little expensive and menu very limited, do not have so much option. My kindly advice that, if hotel pay attention these points, guest can enjoy better in the hotel and do not neccassary to go outside of the hotel for daily necessities. Finally hotel stuff very helpfull and always in polite behaviour.

位置、房间和游泳池都很棒。孩子们在我们住宿期间玩得很开心。其他设施维护应该做得更好。例如儿童户外游乐场暂时停止服务，马车看起来很旧。室内活动应改进，提供更多选择。另外酒店的餐饮有点贵，而且菜单非常有限，没有太多选择。我恳请酒店注意这些要点，客人可以在酒店享受更好的享受，而不必到酒店外面去购买生活必需品。最后，酒店的工作人员非常乐于助人，而且总是表现得彬彬有礼。

自驾下午3点多到达酒店，客户公司协议价，和前台说了会员，也没有连上，不知道是有意的还是无意的，几个人站着聊，天服务很生硬，特别是一个叫david的，没有一点热情||严格意义上来说，这是一家亲子酒店，商务出行的我也没去体验健身房和游泳池，有应酬，外面又太冷，所以将就看看吧。||房间整体还可以，一些死角还是有灰，还要加强，除了冰箱里空无一物，其他也算是皇冠基本配置。位于西山漾旁边，出去走走，风景还是非常不错的。

We chose the hotel because it has a large pool and is located less than 2 hrs from Shnaghai. We were lucky and got an upgrade and could go to the room already in the morning. Late check out was also possible. Service (English speaking at the front desk, restaurant and bar) was courteous. Breakfast with little western selection, but bread&croissants were good. Overall quality also ok. The facilities were clean and spacious. We will probably go there again soon for a weekend trip.

我们选择这家酒店是因为它有一个很大的游泳池，距离上海不到 2 小时路程。我们很幸运，得到了升级，早上就可以去房间了。也可以延迟退房。服务（前台、餐厅和酒吧会说英语）很有礼貌。早餐西式选择很少，但面包和羊角面包都很好。整体质量也还可以。设施干净、宽敞。我们可能很快就会再次去那里进行周末旅行。

有巨大的室外泳池，房间景观也很好，餐厅和前台的服务都很好，虽然没有行政酒廊，送的餐券和下午茶都非常实用

酒店环境优美，有很大的室外泳池和戏水场所，客房及客房服务整体很好，非常适合亲子游玩。 但遗憾的是酒店其它服务与其无法匹配，主要体现在： 1、入住前发邮件咨询事宜，竟然无人回复； 2、前台对酒店房型不熟悉，主动给予升级的房型，价格居然低于预订的房型； 3、自助早餐煎饼厨师不负责，多次申明不能吃辣椒，还是提供了放有辣椒并已制作完成一段时间的煎饼。 The hotel has a beautiful environment with a large outdoor pool and water play area, rooms and room service are overall very nice and perfect for parents and children. But unfortunately the hotel other services do not match with it, mainly reflected in. 1, before check-in email inquiries matters, surprisingly no one to reply. 2, the front desk is not familiar with the hotel room type, the initiative to give the upgraded room type, the price is actually lower than the reserved room type. 3, the buffet breakfast pancake chef is not responsible, repeatedly affirmed that I can not eat chili peppers, but he still offer pancakes with chili peppers that have been made for some time.
