酒店的位置在商場旁邊，但是酒店旁邊的吃飯的地方不多，只能在商場， 但是房間是比較吵。那個前台服務品質非常的惡劣，基本上就是沒有訓練和沒有責任心的，對自己的業務不清楚，還要對客人不禮貌，感覺很差，其他部門的人員還是很和善熱心，那個早餐還是可以的。房間也很舊了，很多污跡。酒店整體很暗，有**的感覺。

The housekeeping staff is excellent. They are efficient and clean up the room within one hour of my leaving the room in the morning. The location is very convenient. The breakfast is ok, not the best.

地點佳，酒店對面是百貨公司 (義烏之心)，附近還有公園，只是距離地鐵站稍微遠一點。房間狀況非常好，早餐也好吃。

Really nice hotel in a great location! Staff are kind and the receptionist spoke English which was convenient. Breakfast buffet was decent with a good selection of food and drinks. Cleanliness of the hotel was mostly good. The bedding and bathroom were very clean. However, the surfaces in the room were visibly dusty so dust likely circulated the room from the AC and so I got a little sick during my stay. Ended up not using the AC on the second night. Overall, I would stay here again due to the location and other positives. I would just ask staff to make sure the room surfaces are not dusty.

Very nice hotel with superb breakfast. Wide choice of breakfast and good service. Accessible to all location by taxi.

It was a pleasant stay again in this hotel! This time I stayed in a bigger room with bathtub that was absolutely relaxing. Room was clean and spacious at the corner with big windows with living room. Breakfast is also good with variety of choices although it’s more Chinese style food. I like they allow us to check-in early in the morning and check-out late in the afternoon which was very convenient for my schedule. Also the location is very convenient just in front of the shopping mall. This was second time for me to stay here and I will come back again if I have a chance!

再次在这家酒店住得很愉快！这次我住的是一个更大的房间，有浴缸，绝对让人放松。房间干净宽敞，位于拐角处，有大窗户和客厅。早餐也不错，有多种选择，虽然更多的是中式食物。我喜欢他们允许我们早上入住并在下午晚些时候退房，这对我的日程安排来说非常方便。而且位置非常方便，就在购物中心前面。这是我第二次住在这里，如果有机会我会再次回来！

Slightly smelly rooms - maybe I am too sensitive.Pretty noisy with cars during the day. No desk for work but small table available.Very busy lift. All service was satisfactory.

房间有点臭——也许我太敏感了。白天汽车很吵。没有办公桌，但有小桌子。电梯非常繁忙。所有的服务都很满意。
