The worst hotel in my life I had really bad experience in customer service from employees and they don't know how to talk English language. room ac wasn't working in 3 rooms different rooms I couldn't sleep. Night shift reciption lady was very very very rude I had to call the Police to let her open the safebox. Don't come to this hotel warning ⚠️⚠️⚠️ scaaam

Rooms were spacious. Very clean. Staff very gracious. Buffet breakfast had good variety. Location very central, just a stones throw from the night market and numerous restaurants. The only drawback was the acceptable practice of clearing the throat and spitting into the bin by the staff during breakfast service.

The Good||- Many restaurants around||- Starbucks at the Lobby||- They change room for you if you can't take the smell. But as all rooms are smoking room, I find that changing rooms just help a little. ||- Breakfast has good selection.||- Staff is friendly and they try to help. ||- Front desk English is decent. ||- Have to scan the card before the lift can go up to the rooms, so thumbs up for security. ||- For breakfast, just scan the room key and no need coupon or tell room number. Good use of room key. ||||The Bad||- All the rooms are Smoking Room, they provide an air purifier to minimize the smell. If you can't take the smell, stay away. ||- The air purifier is limited, so checking in early or request during booking will help to secure your unit.||||The Ugly||- The room looks dated and maintenance is not tip top.

这家整体印象来说非常好的，地理环境非常好，交通比较方便，坐车、打车都便利，周边购物商场、超市都有的。服务好的，服务态度、质量都可以，办理入住、退房手续都挺快的。酒店房间的空间比较大，硬件设施齐全，通风、采光效果都挺好的，是家四星级酒店。房间装修风格是属于现代的，整体看起来比较新。这家我有朋友来都推介来入住。建议酒店的价格再便宜点，酒店的外观比较不错。

性价比和档次比较好,我比较满意.总体来说环境比较好的,房间的设施都比较新的,可能是酒店也比较新吧.虽然处在比较繁华的地方但是还是比较安静的.交通比较方便稍微有点堵.我比较喜欢他这卫生间和卧室的装修,中间起码没有透明玻璃墙,另外住的过程中他这的设施啊灯啊感应啊都比较到位的.卫生是没问题的,服务可能比较弱了一点,服务员见了之后一般都有点个头啊、你好啊他这都没有的。

酒店是比较豪华的，算是三星还是四星的。在义乌宾王路边上，位置肯定好。前面五公里左右有个国际商贸城。这个地方方便，进货呀，办事呀。装修算是中高档，里面外国人很多。装修的停车有点拥挤，这边的车很多，可以停在马路边上。自助早餐也可以吃，算是上星级的酒店，可以随便吃的。服务态度还是不错的，价格也比较高。

住的房间是没有窗户的，但是空气很好，没有感觉很闷，房间里面虽然没有地毯，但是还挺干净的。大床很软，睡着很舒服。房间里面东西一应俱全，有浴袍，洗完澡以后特别舒服。这个房间总体来说还不错，只是价位较义乌其他酒店来说稍微有点偏高。

Wow. Words cannot explain how impressed i was. Excellent value for money. And the breakfast options, you just dont know where to start. Very busy hotel. Walking distance to famous ماءدة restaurant and night market. Buzzing place. Very helpful staff and most speak good English for you to get your work done.
