Xianhua Sandalwood International HotelRating: ★★★★☆We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay:**Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店**Check-In Experience:**  We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.  **Room Comfort:**  Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.**Facilities:**  The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine.**Service:**  The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out.**Room for Improvement:**  While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment.**Final Thoughts:**  This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination. In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages.Would we return? Absolutely!

It's a hotel for all kinds of people: couples, businesspeople, families, etc. The hotel is amazing. The staff was very polite but for a 5 Diamonds hotel,no one speaks English. However, everything was clean. The hot springs open from 14:00 to 22:00. Breakfast from 6:00 to 10:00. Dinner closes at 20:00 which is a little early for foreigners. But it is a big buffet so there will be always something delicious to eat.

这家酒店适合各种人群：情侣、商务人士、家庭等等。酒店很棒。工作人员非常有礼貌，但对于一家五钻酒店来说，没有人会说英语。不过，一切都很干净。温泉开放时间为14:00至22:00。早餐供应时间为6:00至10:00。晚餐供应时间为20:00，对于外国人来说有点早。不过，这里是丰盛的自助餐，所以总有好吃的。

We had the most beautiful time at the hotel. The hotel is self sufficient, you can spend days without having to go out . The buffet is amazing, the swimming pool and play area for kids is great. I would recommend for families. The manager had to go out of his way to make sure our stay was great. I will visit again.

Not the first time we choose this hotel for our staycation. It’s always pleasant. Spacious rooms with huge bathtubs and beds, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, beautiful surroundings.
