Good location. Good service . Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Clean and big swimming pool. And very friendly staff. They upgrade our room and gave seaview room 😍 highly recommended to come with your family or friends . What else do you need for your comfort stay 😎

The hotel is a little bit old but well-designed. If you want to live near the beach and the action, this is the place for you. I would give this place 5 stars, but the staff tried t to force me to write a review in front of them, which was unpleasant.

Such a pleasant stay. Service was good, pool was perfect for children and the elderly. Incredibly close to the beach. Breakfast good as well. Loved it here and would love to stay again.

As always Sunshine Resort in Sanya is like a home always from home...but with better cooking :)From the warm welcome from Vanessa at the front desk...to all the cleaners, wait staff and pool staff..you are treated as a valued visitor.It is great to see the extra loung chairs at the pool and on the property above the beach and chairs and umbrellas on the beach...well done.A big benefit is the newly developed bosrdwalk that goes the entire lenght of the beach with plenty of food and drink.Also....although I do not have kids here..they always have entertainment on the holidays for the young ones.I will always return the the special..."Sunshine" in Sanya

3rd time in this hotel - it is not new but well maintained and good price quality ratio. Good location and friendly staff, nice territory, beach just next to hotel. A lot of cafes, shops and everything around.

The is our 5 th time staying in this hotel. And the reasons are as follows:1.There is a helpful,enthusiastic and caring staff,especially Vanessa and Phoebe who help us every time we are back here ,from upgrading a room to other things we are needed. We feel like home at this place because of their trea**ent . We are so grateful to you🙏2. The buffet breakfast is great with many varieties . No need to wonder around and look for food) My husband and I are coffee lovers,and we should admit that their coffee is great. You can enjoy it even from 2-5 at the coffee buffei on the beautiful terrace. 3. Thanks to Vanessa we had a wonderful room with a balcony and a nice view. We had a chance to enjoy peaceful a**osphere without any noise or smell of cigaretts. It made our vacation brighter .4.The location is very close to the seaside and restaurants, so convenient .5. The hotel area is beautiful and clean. To sum it up : Whenever we want to come to Sanya ,without any hesitation we choose this hotel. Strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to have unforgettable vacations with a good trea**ent .

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I would stay here again. The buffet breakfast was okay. I got a free upgrade which ended up being really nice, never stayed in a room that was two floors before. You walk just across the property for beach access. The only thing I was disappointed in was when I went to Dairy Queen at night that was located in the hotel, they had no ice cream left. The employees were very helpful too. Otherwise, I had a great stay at the hotel.

We had a wonderful experience at Sunshine Resort Intime. Great location, next to the beach, you can go straight onto the sand from the hotel. They provide a shuttle bus several times a day that takes you to the duty free mall, and is a stones throw away from Atlantis Waterpark and the aquarium. We will definitely come back here agin in the future. Special mention to Vanessa and Jason, who were absolutely fantastic, at reception. Any questions we asked or any queries we had, were answered promptly by them. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
