scam!!! be careful with this hotel!! He suggests that you cancel the reservation because there has been a drop in prices. They give you a discount by remitting the cancellation fees, what they say, and ask you to pay the new amount...much cheaper in cash. What I have done. They tell you that the cancellation amount will be refunded to you between 5 and 8 days. but I still haven't seen anything come back. it's been 15 days now. Impossible to reach them.
