三亚天泽海景酒店

優點應該是位置跟價格吧⋯其他方面都不怎麼樣，酒店非常舊，牆壁什麼的都髒髒的感覺，房間裡洗手間有股異味，本來訂了兩個晚上，但只住了一個晚上就退房了，白花一個晚上的房租。換了另一家好很多。

Great location of the hotel right in the heart of the city. across the street there is a beach. Hotel has it's own swimming pool for kids and adoults. Good hotel service,good size of apar**ents, eating and drinking is very convenient, there is very good Quality Italian restaurant right next to the hotel as well as nice chinesse restaurant with nice choice of fruit juices.You can easly get fresh fruits coconut watter nearby.Few minutes by walk there is big shopping mall with big indoor playground for kids.I highly recomend that place good value for money :)

酒店位置优越，位于市中心。街对面有一个海滩。酒店拥有自己的儿童和成人游泳池。 酒店服务很好，房间大小合适，吃喝都很方便，酒店旁边就有一家品质很好的意大利餐厅，还有一家不错的中餐厅，果汁的选择也很不错。你可以很容易买到新鲜的水果附近有椰子水。步行几分钟就有大型购物中心，有大型室内儿童游乐场。我强烈推荐那个地方，物有所值:)

I stayed here with my family, it's a very old hotel, old rooms, terrible smell of sewage in the bathrooms. There is no kitchen, there are no pots, plates and glasses, there are no wardrobesI had booked for a week But after three days we ran away. Even if we changed rooms, the smell of sewage remained. The primary responsibility lies with Trip. Com. He should make sure of what he promotes on his website.I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located across from the beach and behind it is a big shopping mall catering to every requirement. The pedestrian street is close. It’s easy to get around in this area. Not much nightlife options other than eating as most places are open till 3am. The view from the beach is lovely at night.Both the Chinese and Western restaurants are great! Although there is no English service at the Chinese restaurant, the ladies are helpful and it’s cost effective with delicious food. The Italian restaurant has English service and is a bit expensive but we’ll worth it! The food is Michelin star quality and great ambience. The hotel itself is good. Stayed in a boutique double sea view room and it was lovely and clean. Although the bathroom is a little smaller than others it was well worth the price compared to other similar hotels in the area. Reception does not much speak much English but they are helpful (although, as I can understand Chinese, they can tend to make some sarcastic/insulting comments about foreigners) but it’s no big deal, although might be an issue for certain people. The cleaning service is great! The Ayi cleaned every day and replaced towels even when not required. Although they do tend to come quite early even if the DND light is on but otherwise it’s OK. She was great and even when I was in the room, quickly replaced towels, water and cleaned up. The pool is great! Very big. A small issue is that guests have to show their room key to access since it’s open access to all from the road but security can tend to shout at people to see it. If you are not travelling alone, could cause a problem if you don’t have your room key with you. Would suggest arm bands or possibly more Chinese/English signs around the pool to avoid the confusion. All in all it was a great trip and a good choice of hotel. Compared to others which are much more expensive, this hotel lived up to my expectations.

Old building, room is big, clean and location is convenient. Air conditioner in one of the room was not working but got it repaired promptly. Second day power tripped and the staff attended to promptly. Very friendly staffs and have good experience.
