JW Marriott Sanya Haitang Bay Resort

This is my second time staying at the Resort and it was just as delightful as I remembered it. We love how relaxed, quiet and private this hotel is. It is perfect for a getaway and winding down. We stayed in a room with its own pool and it was amazing.

这是我第二次入住度假村，和记忆中一样令人愉快。我们喜欢这家酒店的轻松、安静和私密。它非常适合度假和放松。我们住在一个有自己的游泳池的房间，真是太棒了。

作為三亞之行的最後一站，選擇了一直以來都非常心動的海棠灣jw萬豪，也是我入住的第二家jw萬豪（第一家是富國島jw）。之前就很喜歡整體設計，這次終於入住成功。對會員非常貼心地給到了升級。整體的設計是很有異域風情的，長廊、大堂、房間都非常出片。基礎房型也很不錯，屬於是下限也挺高的酒店。海濱酒店保養一直以來都是難題，酒店已經盡力解決問題。備品都已經換了大瓶，吹風是戴森，好評。唯一美中不足就是入住的時間是三亞雨季，入住期間基本都在下雨，陽光太少了。下次入住會選擇晴朗天氣了。非常感謝管家Eileen的貼心服務。入住前就有致電詢問需求，入住之後也一直在關心我的入住體驗和需求，退房離開時還親自送我上車，真的很貼心了。

女朋友生日來三亞度假兩晚，體驗很好，管家天叆服務周到熱情，然後還準備了生日蛋糕，有個小意見，房間空調不夠涼快，對怕熱人士不太友好，不過holly服務好！還是給滿分

很愉快的一趟旅程，看上了酒店房間的法式風格，所以選擇JW萬豪，入住前酒店管家alex免費升級了別墅，到了房間的確很驚喜，逛了一圈才發現居然就是他們視頻裡宣傳的那一間～據說是戶型最好的！有被溫暖到～酒店的早餐很豐富，我們還可以去人少一點的中餐廳吃，出入也隨時有電瓶車接送，隔壁是喜來登，感覺萬豪的風格更適合情侶夫妻入住！alex每天都會問候住得是否滿意，臨走前還給我們送了椰子，完全五分好評呀！下次來三亞還會為萬豪留一個位置～

房間乾淨整潔，升級了含私人泳池的房間，經過泳池一推門出去就是園區，園區一片翠綠椰林樹影水清沙幼酒店給人寧靜休閒的感覺，早餐選擇很多，很國際化， cheese很適合我的口味，朋友很喜歡喝雞湯，還有鮮果汁，房間很大很整潔，門口有穿梭電瓶車去喜來登酒店。Rose 的私人管家服務貼心周到，給我們補充了mini bar 和水，還幫忙安排退房。很愉快的一次出遊。

I had a great stay in the hotel. But that was truly only possible because of the great high-touch support from Ms Cassie. Originally I was unhappy with the room, and she went out of her way to make sure we were moved to a new room promptly. She also arranged for us to have a better breakfast experience, and checked in on us to make sure we were happy with our stay. It’s this level of service quality that will bring me back to this hotel. It was highly professional and appreciated!

我在酒店过得很愉快。但这确实是因为卡西女士的大力支持才成为可能。最初我对这个房间不满意，她竭尽全力确保我们立即搬到新房间。她还为我们安排了更好的早餐体验，并检查了我们的情况以确保我们对住宿感到满意。正是这种水平的服务质量让我再次回到这家酒店。这是非常专业和值得赞赏的！

We have enjoyed our stay. Because we wanted to rest and relax in a quite place with the beautiful nature around us. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful and quite. The swimming pool is good enough to relax and cool down. There are many options for late breakfast. The arrangement of the sitting process shall be organized better. Nicole from the front desk speak fluent English, she was extremely helpful!!!

我们住得很愉快。因为我们想在一个安静的地方休息和放松，周围有美丽的大自然。酒店所在的地区非常美丽且安静。游泳池足够放松和降温。较晚的早餐有很多选择。坐席过程的安排要组织得更好。前台的妮可英语说得很流利，她非常乐于助人！

Alex is very helpful, friendly , professionally. He looked after us very well during we stay in JW Marriott this time. We can c the staffs there were not very enough due to the mask issue but they still try their best to provide the service to us. The style of JW is quite quiet and personally, the facility achieves our expectations as well. We shall choose here again in future.

亚历克斯非常乐于助人、友好、专业。这次我们住在JW万豪酒店期间，他把我们照顾得很好。由于口罩问题，我们可以说那里的工作人员不够，但他们仍然尽力为我们提供服务。 JW的风格比较安静，就我个人而言，设施也达到了我们的预期。以后我们还会选择这里。
