Longze Apartment

I was very disappointed in my stay in this apartment. First of all it was hard to find it because there are two towers in the building with separate entrances that are quite far from each other. But what shocked me most was that when I entered apartment instead of a normal living room with a couch I saw an office! There was a workspace with computers and personal items of workers. When a lady came after I wrote that I can’t find air con controller I complained that I don’t want to live in the office, but all she said was that “This apartment is even more interesting! It’s unique”and then said there were no other rooms available. I came for a vacation to get rest from work, did they really expect that I would appreciate living in the office? After I contacted Trip they finally told me to go to another room, but all this process cost me 4 hours and also I had to pack my things and move them to another room in another tower all by myself … another room was fine, at least it was possible to live there, but the floor was quite dirty, beds were very stiff and we got back pains in a couple of days, and even though there are air cons in every room it’s still not enough air on the second floor. Also they would come to take out the rubbish only if you personally contact them, if you don’t ask for cleaning they won’t come. Beach is very far, on the map it seems close but in reality it takes 30 minutes walk. The apartment would be okay if they cared more about customers and changed beddings, hope my review will help them make changes.

我对这次公寓入住体验非常失望。首先，这栋楼有两栋楼，入口各自独立，而且相距甚远，所以很难找到。但最让我震惊的是，当我走进公寓时，看到的不是带沙发的普通客厅，而是一个办公室！里面摆放着电脑和员工的个人物品。我写信告诉工作人员我找不到空调控制器，之后一位女士过来询问，我抱怨说我不想住在办公室里，但她却说“这套公寓更有意思！很独特”，然后又说没有其他空房了。我来这里度假是为了放松身心，难道他们真的认为我会喜欢住在办公室里吗？联系Trip之后，他们最终同意我换房间，但整个过程耗费了我4个小时，而且我还得自己打包行李搬到另一栋楼的另一个房间……另一个房间还不错，至少能住人，但是地板很脏，床很硬，几天下来我们就腰酸背痛。虽然每个房间都有空调，但二楼的空气仍然不够流通。而且，只有你主动联系他们，他们才会来倒垃圾，如果你不要求打扫，他们就不会来。海滩很远，地图上看起来很近，但实际上要走30分钟。如果他们能更关心顾客，更换床单被罩，这间公寓其实还不错。希望我的评论能促使他们做出改进。
