Hyatt Regency Hainan Ocean Paradise Resort

这次入住海南富力海洋欢乐世界度假区凯悦酒店，体验非常好，感谢酒店的专业，热情的服务人员，特别感谢Shirley杨雪敏给我们的帮助。7号从三亚凤凰机场开车到凯悦酒店，一路上暴雨倾盆，我们心情down到了极点。一到酒店，办理入住Shirley就给我们很好的体验，介绍细致认真，知道我们带了小朋友，主动提供了儿童洗漱用品，还问我们需不需要床围，让人非常舒服。第二天早餐体验也很好，后安粉，煎饼很好吃，想要单独做一份omelette，煎蛋当铺的工作人员说给我做好送过来，非常贴心的体验，然后我们就去玩了欢乐世界。晚些时候回到酒店，Shirley提醒我们由于这两天入住人很多，明天早点去用餐，感谢她的提醒。第二天果然很多人用餐，我们也很顺利的吃了早餐，晚上去赶海。最后一天由于我们需要下午3点才能入住下一家酒店，Shirley很好的给我们稍微延迟了一点退房，在这里非常感谢她的帮助，以及酒店人员在入住率如此高的情况下，尽可能的满足住客的需求，给我们得旅行带来了美好的回忆，希望明年再回来过夏天！

酒店位置較偏僻，沙灘不適合游水太可惜！不過晚上都有小型秀！不過要留意，煙花秀不是天天有。我們星期五入住，去到才知道，煙花秀只是節日或星期六日才有！有點失望！但酒店幫我升級家庭房！房間很大，乾淨床好舒服。有兩個泳池。一個淺水泳池，一個兒童嬉水池。晚上游水氣氛很好。早餐豐富，工作人員很友善👍👍

I visited as a Hyatt globalist in mid June, a low season due to the heat and frequent rain. There is *nothing* near this hotel aside from an amusement park. No restaurant, shopping mall, bus stop, etc. it is in a very rural area. I stayed here for 3 days and went to the nearby amusement park one day and the pool the second and third. Don’t plan to stay here and explore Sanya/Hainan. The hotel also charges insane prices for food and beverage. 68 RMB for a very very small, personal sized package of Haggen Dasz ice cream. Entrees at the on site restaurant are in the 70-120 RMB range. The quality is ok, but the price is absurd. Breakfast was free for globalist and I really enjoyed the variety. The hotel converted the club lounge into a wonderful kids area with daily scheduled activities (some free, some cost around 70 RMB). Rooms were great! I was upgraded to a suite upon check in as a globalist. Bed, amenities, service, etc. were all pretty good. I also stayed at Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay and thoroughly enjoyed it more than this hotel.

I really enjoyed my time at the hotel. The staff were really attentive, hospitable and kind. I can’t speak the local dialect or Mandarin so had to rely on English. Not all staff can speak English but I was taken care of by 2 staff who could. They made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Even staff I couldn’t fully communicate with were helpful and did their best to assist. The bell boys were very sweet and always helped me carry my things. ||My room was spacious and had a great view. It was clean and had everything I needed. I was very impressed. ||Food at the hotel is delicious and portion sizes are generous. There’s a good choice of food and a mix of Chinese/Western dishes. Prices are normal for hotel food - not cheap but not very expensive. I didn’t always eat at the hotel but when I did, I enjoyed the food. ||The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. There was a short power cut to one half of the hotel during my first day, but that was resolved in less than 30 minutes which was really fast, considering how large the hotel is. The grounds were kept clean. I didn’t see any trash while I was there. ||In short, the hotel is well managed and I have no major complaints. The only things I didn’t like were the pillows - they were far too soft for my liking and didn’t offer much support. However, other people may like them. Finally, this hotel is aimed at families and those on vacation. I had to account for the noise/children playing and running about. On a few occasions, children running in the hallways disrupted my sleep. However, that was something I was prepared for before my stay. ||I’ll be back again in a few months and look forward to my stay.

非常漂亮的酒店，設計感有高迪的風範，很出片。房間整體比較簡單面積也不大，1000間房的規模也是有點嚇人。衛生間乾濕分離很貼心，但也有硬傷空調出風口直接對床吹晚上小朋友睡覺有顧慮。管家Erik LIU非常專業，能解答和解決各種問題，入住時候還升級了最好位置的景觀房，讓我們可以在陽台上就觀賞夜景和煙火。目前只有開了自助餐廳，午晚餐可以單點也可以選週末的自助。周邊是真的沒什麼吃，餐飲這塊就填飽肚子吧。其他的服務培訓還是有待提高，包括禮賓關於穿梭遊樂園的答覆，包括餐廳出菜速度，包括打掃房間的時間等等。樂園還是值得一玩，就是實在太熱只建議夜場。

We had an amazing time. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, spacious rooms, clean, and so kid friendly. The managers on duty are amazing, and we're at our service the entire time and made our stay perfect. The English proficiency at the hotel was also one of the standouts, and it made it easy for us to get the tickets for the waterpark and the theme park. We Will definitely return for another trip.

我们度过了一段美好的时光。这家酒店绝对漂亮，房间宽敞，干净，对孩子很友好。值班经理很棒，我们一直为我们服务，让我们的住宿变得完美。酒店的英语水平也是最出色的之一，它让我们很容易买到水上乐园和主题公园的门票。我们一定会再来一次旅行。

這次入住很不巧的碰上颱風🌀全家人頓時覺得很掃興，主要是沒辦法帶著小孩遊玩歡樂世界。還好我們遇到了一個好的客服Kent！很親切、也很有耐心的協助我們渡過這個因天候而影響的行程，主動關心我們的需求、幫我們一起想配套辦法。因為這個關係我們反而多留了幾天在這！謝謝富力讓我們有一個好假期。

環境非常之舒服，景色好靚，可以適合度假，員工笑容親切，加埋去一日海洋世界，可以喺旅行之中其中一日嘅好地方
