各方面也不错，只是早餐較弱。步行到古城河邊約500米，也方便。高鐵接駁車頗疏，半小時一班，我買了票後才知會趕不及，只好轉坐計程車，車費25.5，也沒時間搞退款，。

The room had everything we needed, including fire escape hood, but bathroom & toilet lights switched off automatically after few minutes. This poor control of toilet lights made it very inconvenient for us when brushing teeth or showering. Breakfast was good.

房间里有我们需要的一切，包括防火罩，但浴室和厕所的灯在几分钟后自动关闭。厕所灯控制不好，给我们刷牙或者洗澡的时候带来了很大的不便。早餐很好。

第一天，我們是從鳳凰高鐵站，乘坐出租車到達最湘西大酒店，費用是人民幣27元，車程大約20分鐘。到達酒店，看到前面有個廣場，有接駁車，可從鳳凰高鐘站上車，直接來到這酒店，因是總站，會非常方便及安心！房間都很寛濶，浴室毛巾很乾淨，感覺良好。因不是近江邊，不會嘈吵，可以好好睡覺！酒店兩位經理劉兵及滕軍先生都很熱情，招待到位，令我們很愉快，他們真是敬業樂業，下次也會介紹朋友入住😀😀

地點很好，就在接駁高鐵的公車站旁。走幾分鐘就到古鎮範圍，比古鎮內的民宿清静。给了7楼行政樓層房間，寬敞，空調夠冷，只是沒有小冰箱。早餐一般。一樓有按摩spa店，價格小貴，做了洗頭髮+按頭，十分舒服。

Update on 7th March 2024 Conveniently located at the fringe of the Fenghuang (Phoenix) Ancient Town, which is around 8 minutes walk away via the main road or shortcut. Weather in March can vary from cold 6-7 deg Celsius in the morning and goes up to 16-17 deg Celsius in the afternoon. Layered dressing with warm jacket is recommended. The hotel is abit old and there's no aircon during the cold season. For ventilation, you need to open the room window. Breakfast is mostly simple local "village" and limited variety.. don't expect much! There's also a direct shuttle bus to the Old City on a longer detour route. Walking there and back is shorter.

2024 年 3 月 7 日更新 位于凤凰古城边缘，交通便利，通过主干道或捷径步行约 8 分钟即可到达。 三月的天气可能会有所不同，从早上 6-7 摄氏度的寒冷到下午的 16-17 摄氏度。建议分层穿着并搭配保暖夹克。 酒店有点旧，寒冷季节没有空调。为了通风，需要打开房间的窗户。早餐大多是简单的当地“乡村”早餐，品种有限。不要期望太多！ 还有一条绕路较长的直达老城区的班车。往返的路程较短。

This hotel is conveniently located nearby the main bus station in a min walk. The building it’s a little fancy old which integrates into the old town. I would not say it’s the best hotel in the town since this is the only hotel I lived during my stay. However, it’s normal-norm hotel that I am comfortable with, with daily amenities and facilities.

这家酒店位置便利，靠近主要巴士站，步行一分钟即可到达。这座建筑有点花哨，古老，融入了老城区。我不会说这是镇上最好的酒店，因为这是我住宿期间住过的唯一酒店。不过，这是我住得很舒服的普通酒店，有日常设施和设施。

酒店地理位置好，高鐵站搭一號旅遊專線直達門口，服務人員訓練有素，房間內各項設施新且維護整潔，預訂時看到了不少對早餐的負評，用餐時熱炒菜色不少，其他東西也不少，又有現煮米線，應該是聽到了客戶的問題，做了不少改變，離開時問了如何打車到高鐵，周清偉總經理在旁馬上就說開車送我們，沿路一直詢問酒店有何處可改進意見，非常的敬業，是我投宿酒店多年第一次遇見如次虛心求教的酒店主管，相信有如此的主管，酒店一定會越來越好，非常推薦
