维也纳酒店

Hengyang is an industrial city with a million inhabitants and the second largest city of the province of Hunan. It is located 500 km north of Guangzhou and 200 km south of Changsha. It is peculiar, that there are no international hotels in this city. ||The Vienna Hotel was recommended to us as one of the best. The surprise was when we noticed the poor condition. ||The hotel is located on a main road between car repair workshops. There are restaurants just on the other side of the road, but as it is impossible to cross, it requires a detour of around 800 meters. ||The lobby smelled of stale air. We booked deluxe room. The first rooms offered were impregnated by smoke. After a long wait, we finally were invited to check others rooms. Most of them were worn and outdated. ||Finally, in the room that was more or less OK, the bed was comfortable and clean. The window is without soundproofing. Internet was useless slow. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin. ||The elevator and the floor were dirty. All made a bad impression. This hotel is a smokers paradise !
