前台办理入住和退房的流程非常熟练。宾客礼遇给的也非常好，酒店整体服务非常舒适。 整体设施从洗衣房到酒店设施都是新的，房间自带多个供电的USB接口插头，也很方便。 特别值得一说，很难得看到一个智选假日酒店房间是安装了投影仪的。可能是新房间的缘故，投影效果非常好，甚至比我自己家的投影仪还要清晰，出差开视频会议会非常合适。

前台小哥很热情，服务很周到，有种回家的感觉。此外酒店的设施很新，也很便捷，用起来很舒适。交通方面稍有一些不便利，离地铁站有大约1.2公里。

干净整洁舒服，期待下一次的再来住。离学校也近，省府附近这个位置很好。

As an IHG member for over 10 years, it was actually the first time my wife and I visit Changsha, China. We had a great time staying in the property. The location is great, facilities are brand new, staffs are well trained. Laney at the front desk welcomed us and recognized my membership, she recommended some restaurants nearby after knowing we just got here. Sun Li did the house keeping for us and she was also very professional. One thing that can be improved is the bathroom, where shower water was leaking from the door. After all, we were happy with our stay and had a good time spending two nights here.

The food and drink are better than what we expected, the noodle is nice and the staff is kind. The location is a little far away from the metro station, and we need to walk about 20 min. The fire alarm rings twice, that's the only thing that we do not feel good about.

If business travel to the south of changsha , location is quite convenience . price is reasonable . Only takes half an hour to train station and airport . Personally i'd prefer to stay away noisy area which this hotel is nice

The first time I stayed, it exceeded expectations. The breakfast was excellent and the desserts were a plus. The service staff are very enthusiastic and confirm the membership level in a timely manner.
