作为来到长沙后第一个下榻的酒店，尼依格罗的体验还是不错的。地处市中心，饮食出行都十分便利。房间可以直接俯瞰湘江，秀丽壮观。特别感谢宾客服务中心的Candy提供的个性化服务，非常愉快。

位置就在 IFS 国金中心楼上，4楼和商场直通，绝好。吃饭购物十分方便。前台欧阳 rachel服务不错 安排的房间可以俯瞰橘子洲，高空视野特别好。酒店的健身房器械齐全，泳池设计不错，健身爱好者不错的首选，整体比较推荐。

长沙尼依格罗酒店的设施设备和服务真的棒。入住期间舒服便捷。酒店前台的服务也到位，特别是前台小郭和小王，服务热情专业，办理非常迅速，分享了好多好多值得打卡得地方，值得入住！

入住这个酒店非常的奈斯，推荐大家都来这个酒店，让我非常满意的是这个酒店的礼宾。行李和外卖都直接送到房间，非常的谢谢他们。并且这个酒店的交通很方便，位置很好。环境非常的美丽

Stayed at Niccolo Changsha for leisure in June right after my business trip. Changed hotel from Maqo to Niccolo in rainy day, I have to borrow an umbrella from Maqo so I can walk from IFS T2 to IFS T1, it’s about less than 10 mins walk. Thanks to Maqo Manager Martin who lend the umbrella to me and allow me to return it with Niccolo so I don’t have to make another trip back to Maqo in rain just for the umbrella. The hotel is part of IFS T1 which is adjoining to a biggest shopping mall in Changsha. PRIME location. There’s no other hotel like this. ||My room was ready upon arrival. The checkin was warm and efficient with welcome tea. I was granted with happy hour which served at Bar 93 from 5pm to 7 pm. Experienced it on my 2nd night, free flow wines and cocktails, and 2 sets of snack Aperitivo- one Chinese one western, love the bar vibe, just that I am not much a drinker. ||I have a room with river view to Xiangjiang. Niccolo room is nicely featured, love the dyson hairdryer in my room, the fluffy mat in my bathroom, the strong water pressure in rain shower (probably the 2nd best I had, the best has always been Park Hyatt Ningbo), the bed was comfortable and they put a pair of binoculars in my room just like Suzhou Niccolo did, I had a fun time “spying” on the street with my family 😊||The housekeeping deserves a shout out. My wife slept with one pillow on the 1st night, while I always need two. On our return the 2nd day, the maid put only one pillow on her side of the bed（2 for me） and she left us a note said she noticed one of us only need one pillow therefore she put 1 pillow in the wardrobe, so in case we need it we know where to find it. It is absolutely next level service. The maids I met these 2 days at my floor are always smiling and greet so is the security guards at L93 lobby, they would stop and greet or push the elevators when he/she sees us coming. Upon my departure, the security at driveway put up his umbrella for us till we get in our car. Service is impeccable. Kudos to the Niccolo Changsha management.||The breakfast experience was good, love the concept of semi-buffet, so ppl don’t waste food. Freshly made juices of 4 choices, local noodle. Love the croque monsieur sandwich from a la carte menu. It’s just on my 2nd day I don’t seem to find my favorite steamed corncob.||This is my 2nd time in Changsha and also 2nd stay at Niccolo Changsha. Last time was in 2020 while Maqo and Park Hyatt Changsha were not here yet. Niccolo Changsha is the 1st Niccolo I ever stayed, and then the Niccolo in Suzhou. I was told that there are 5 Niccolo Hotels in China and I certainly look forward to staying with the rest 3, Chengdu, Chongqing and Hongkong.

6月出差后入住长沙尼依格罗酒店休闲。下雨天从Maqo换到了尼依格罗酒店，我不得不向Maqo借了一把雨伞，这样我就可以从IFS T2步行到IFS T1，步行大约不到10分钟。感谢 Maqo 经理 Martin 将雨伞借给了我，并允许我与 Niccolo 一起归还，这样我就不必为了雨伞而再次冒雨返回 Maqo。该酒店是IFS T1 的一部分，毗邻长沙最大的购物中心。优越的地理位置。没有其他酒店像这样。 ||我的房间在抵达时已经准备好了。办理入住手续热情高效，还提供迎宾茶。我获得了欢乐时光，在 93 号酒吧从下午 5 点到晚上 7 点提供服务。我第二晚体验了这里，无限畅饮的葡萄酒和鸡尾酒，还有两套开胃小吃——一套中式一套西式，很喜欢酒吧的氛围，只是我不太爱喝酒。 ||我的房间可以看到湘江江景。尼依格罗房间设施很好，喜欢房间里的戴森吹风机，浴室里蓬松的地垫，花洒淋浴的水压很强（可能是我住过的第二好的，最好的一直是宁波柏悦酒店），床很舒服他们在我的房间里放了一副望远镜，就像苏州尼依格罗那样，我和家人在街上“偷窥”，玩得很开心😊||客房服务值得一提。我的妻子第一晚只睡一个枕头，而我总是需要两个。第二天我们回来时，女佣只在她的床边放了一个枕头（我的是两个），她给我们留了一张纸条，说她注意到我们中的一个人只需要一个枕头，因此她在衣柜里放了一个枕头，所以如果我们需要它，我们知道在哪里可以找到它。这绝对是下一个级别的服务。这两天我在我所在楼层遇到的女佣总是微笑着打招呼，L93大厅的保安也是如此，当他们看到我们到来时，他们会停下来打招呼或推电梯。我离开时，车道上的保安为我们撑起了雨伞，直到我们上车。服务无可挑剔。感谢长沙尼依格罗酒店的管理。||早餐体验很好，喜欢半自助的概念，所以大家不要浪费食物。 4种现榨果汁，当地面条。喜欢点菜菜单上的法式三明治三明治。这只是我的第二天，我似乎没有找到我最喜欢的蒸玉米芯。||这是我第二次来长沙，也是第二次入住长沙尼依格罗酒店。上次是在 2020 年，当时 Maqo 和长沙柏悦酒店还没来。长沙尼依格罗是我住过的第一家尼依格罗，然后是苏州尼依格罗。有人告诉我，中国有 5 家尼依格罗酒店，我当然期待入住剩下的 3 家，成都、重庆和香港。

在长沙选择了尼依格罗酒店，酒店前台欧阳服务很棒，有求必应，服务非常热情周到，下次如果来长沙游玩依然会选择长沙尼依格罗酒店。
