Took a Deluxe Queen room and I'm a little disappointed with this hotel. The reviews makes it looks much better than it really is.||Breakfast is 95% chinese food. There is bread, butter and fruits. But no fresh juice or cheese or even hot milk. Room carpet was dirty. Bathroom floor was very wet and I need to put a towel on the floor to get near the toilet. TV only have 2 channels in english. Minibar is empty on a deluxe room. Wifi was terrible. Price is expensive considering a mid size city in china. I already stayed in much better hotel for lower price. Anyway, it is reasonable for 1 night on business trip

Stayed here for 3d2n and I was impressed by the facilities and services they rendered. ||||Booking was done via phone and a 1200rmb deposit was required. If you use their bar services in the room, they will deduct and return the balance to you. Checked in was fast and they even serve me hot Jasmine tea upon my arrival. Bed was good but the pillow was too soft. The room was big and it came along with a leg massage machine. Big work desk and 2 complimentary mineral water were provided.||||My booking came with breakfast. Buffet breakfast started from 6.30am to 11am and the varieties were a lot. The hotel also came with other facilities like spa, gym and business center.||However, the map needed a fee of 10rmb to get it. ||||Check out was fast too and after deducting the accommodation fee, I only paid sgd95 per night which was cheaper than I booked initially. ||||For business trip, I will recommend this hotel. But for holiday, a hotel near city central will be more ideal.

The interior design was very modern and very chic. This even extended to the rooms themselves. They are really quite modern and 'cool'.||||The breakfast was also good. It had Western and Eastern favourites. So whichever you prefer you should be happy with the selection. The noise outside doesn't really fade but I'm not sure if there are many hotels where this could be avoided given its central location.||||We enjoyed our stay.

I needed a room last minute in Changsha, and stayed at Jasmine International. While the staff speaks limited English, the manager named Nav is from Punjab, India and he speaks fluent English. He took care of my booking, made sure I was well taken care of, and gave me discount coupon to the spa. Great service from Nav. ||||I had a foot massage at the spa. Very good massage, reasonably priced, about half of the normal fees in New York. My room included complimentary breakfast buffet, which was ok. For the money, this hotel stay was very good. ||||There is a Subway sandwich place next door, for those who get tired of eating Chinese.

Hotel seems fancy and modern at first impression. But the rooms are not clean. Dated shower with dated tiles makes you wonder if it is actually clean. Dirty cups were not replaced for new ones and we had them for 3 days.||There were small cockroaches at the buffet and overall in the hotel cleaning is a nightmare. ||Dirty carpets, dirty doors and elevators and the conference room was dated and shabby. Stains and spots are everywhere in this hotel.||The word ‘International’ should be removed because they only speak Chinese.||Smoking is prohibited but people just don’t care and smoke in the elevator, in the rooms etc. You can smell the smoke in your own room from smokers next door.||||

I got this "information" from a Chinese colleague that this was a five star accommodation...not quite. This is a decent basic hotel if you have a very short stop. But it is an older property...somewhat outdated...and will barely be three star in most western cities. Not much by way of amenities, but it is a decent place for a short stop. the room is large. The hot water works. TV not western adaptable with channels. WIFI limited by Chinese law. In short, if you desire Western standards, look elsewhere.

Very good hotel. The rooms have very large and good beds and they are well cleaned. The personal doesn't speak English fluently, but they are really efficient to solve any problems you could have. Bathroom in the rooms could be better but at least they're well cleaned as well.

非常好的酒店。房间里有很大很好的床，而且很干净。工作人员的英语说得不太流利，但他们确实能有效地解决您可能遇到的任何问题。房间里的浴室还可以更好，但至少也打扫得很好。

Good location, the staff is great and went out of their way to help me and made sure I have everything I needed which was greatly appreciated with my limited Chinese language. The hotel is clean with comfortable rooms & bed and a good buffet breakfast and exercise room, library, restaurants, lounge and other services in the hotel building. Shopping is convenient and even several Western restaurants close by. The staff here is outstanding and friendly.
