The girl at the front needs to go back to etiquette school. Or at leastlLearn to laugh. My room was on the 6th floor. When I got there I couldn't get in the room so I had to return to the front desk to get the card properly done. When I plugged in the electric kettle the electricity all went off. The lights were fixed but the electrical plugs still didn't work so finally I was given a new room. There is a washing machine on the seventh floor for which you need to use a QR code.

前台那个女孩需要回酒店重新学习礼仪。或者至少学会笑一笑。我的房间在六楼。到了之后我进不去房间，只好又回前台重新办理入住。我插上电水壶的时候，全酒店都停电了。灯修好了，但是插座还是不能用，最后酒店给我换了个房间。七楼有一台洗衣机，需要扫码才能用。
