Our stay at the Hilton Xian was fantastic! The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Jones, the chief concierge. He went above and beyond to answer my numerous questions and provided excellent recommendations throughout our stay. While the breakfast buffet didn't have halal options, there were other restaurants nearby by taxi. |Overall, a very enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend the Hilton Xian to others.|

I stayed at this hotel in Dec 2023, and while the location is prime—situated near many sightseeing spots—the experience was mixed. Unfortunately, the service was the worst Hilton I've ever encountered. An incident occurred where the DiDi we took hit a delivery moped on the driveway, which is supposed to be reserved for customers offloading. Shockingly, the hotel crew did not offer any help or acknowledge the potential danger to their customers, nor did they take any responsibility for the situation. This incident highlighted the lack of proper management and attention to customer safety. Overall, the convenient location can't compensate for the poor service. I mean very poor. They allowed random delivery vehicles to drive on the hotel roundabout at insanely fast speeds. I'm sure this is a violation of any safety protocol for a Hilton hotel

We enjoyed our room at the Hilton Xi'an enough to extend our stay twice. The service is excellent at this hotel. There's a lot to see in Xi'an and the surrounding area and this is an excellent place to stay. There are also many restaurants close by which makes it easy to go out to eat. Also, the old City Wall is within an easy walking distance.

I travel for work and have visited many properties. This experience, hands-down, was the BEST experience at a hilton location I've ever had. The staff is attentive and kind. Ran into some street food that didn't sit well (my fault), and they were more than accommodating. The next morning, the manager found me in the breakfast lounge and checked to see how I was doing. Beautiful location, centrally located. Can't say enough!

Concierge:|Jones Zhao|Extremely patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and going the extra mile to help us with sightseeing programs & arrangements, sorted out our payment mix-up, even helped guide download WeChat & Alipay to make payments. He does it with a warm & friendly smile, making us feel well looked after & safe.||Housekeeping:|Room attendant & supervisor were very attentive to detail as well as our needs. All amenities are well-stocked daily. Room always done without delay. They do all they can to make us comfortable. When we felt warm, they took initiative to send over a dehumidifier, refill water daily & opened room windows for us. Upon check-out, quickly checked to see if we left anything behind (which I did leave my handbag on the bed & forgot). Also offered to help with luggage.||Public toilet:|The toilet was well-maintained, clean & well-stocked. ||Service Staff:|Service staff including chef greet guests with a smile and are observant. They approach to offer assistance when they notice we are a bit confused on our first day. Tables were also always promptly cleared.||Executive Lounge:|Staff very friendly and welcoming. Supervisor Guo Pan provided what I would call outstanding service. My husband & I took some fruit & saw some longan left and enjoyed it. We finished & got up, walking out to go back to our room. The supervisor asked us to just hold on for a while. It was our 1st evening there & we asked why she asked to wait for a bit. She said she saw we liked the longan & she had asked the kitchen to check if there were any left. She says there is not much left, & it's on the way up. She then handed the bowl the kitchen sent up to me for us to enjoy in our room. We were so touched by her gesture. We really enjoyed our stay, and the staff made us feel so much at home. Congratulations on having such a great team!

房間舒適，櫃檯跟客房服務人員都非常親切，客房服務人員還貼心的注意到喜歡喝茶，特別多準備了茶包，位置便利，離永興坊很近，周邊飲食都很方便，下次來還會選擇這家飯店。另外離開時孩子落下外套忘記帶，聯絡飯店櫃檯馬上幫忙寄回，非常貼心。

Wonderful Hilton Hotel. We received an upgrade to a beautiful king suite due to my diamond status. Everything was clean and nice maintained. Breakfast was great as well and we even got a nice farewell gift. We both loved it and will come back when in Xi An!

This was the most expensive place I stayed at during my trip, so I was expecting something a bit special. However I regret that there were many little things that disappointed me about the room and the service. Overall my stay was OK but there are equally or more comfortable places to stay in Xi'an for less money.
