She also informed me about the hotel's facilities, breakfast and gym, ensuring me could stay healthy and energized during my stay. Stylish and modern hotel, friendly staff who speak English to some level. Room felt a little smaller than advertised, nevertheless it was satisfactory. Breakfast and dinner buffet were fantastic with lots of options, and the booths were nice, able to enjoy my food in the semi-private seating area. Pool, jacuzzi and steam room area was well maintained. A big thanks to the reception staff who gave me free coffee and some toiletry samples, much appreciated! (Sarah, Skery and Lydia) Strange that the room mini bar was empty but staff left a plate of fruit in my room which was appreciated. Overall a fantastic one night stay!

I came together with my two children. All of us enjoyed this stay in Xi'an gaoxin intercontinantal. staff here are warm. bed and pillows are comfortable. traffic is convinient. we will choose to stay here if next time coming. thank you.

My first stay in Hualuxe Xian Hi-Tech. I was amazed with the exceptional customer service provided from the moment I approached the check-in reception all the way till my check-out. Everything is on point and exceed my expectation - good environment, staff are well trained - efficient, polite and always with a smile on their faces. I would like to specially mention the Manager On Duty, Angel, for her attentiveness and customer focus interactions. Also, she can converse in English very well and easily understood, this make me easier as I don't speak mandarin very well. Very much an asset to your hotel.

這次來西安住了三家酒店，洲際的服務是最好的，每一個員工都很熱情，酒店的餐廳也很好吃，房間空間也可以，用的洗浴品牌還是我很喜歡的品牌，下次來西安還會來洲際住！
