贝斯特韦斯特哈尔滨财富酒店

这个酒店从性价比来说是非常不错的，房间宽敞床品舒适，也比较安静。房间装修稍旧但还好。唯一不足是位置真是不可恭维，如果不是因为在旁边办事估计我也住不到这里。周边全是工地，没有吃饭地方没有购物地方，可惜了。不过对酒店本身来说给优吧。

Stayed in this hotel for a week in October and I found it a bit difficult to review this hotel. We stayed in the Deluxe Business room. (two adults, one young kid). The room is spacious enough, with a king size bed and a decent lounge area. Bathroom is big too. The problem is the details are not there. The design is very awkward, e.g. location of the power points, bathroom doors opening right onto the vanity, etc. ||||Our safe stopped working on the 2nd or 3rd day. The staff came up very quickly after we called, but couldn't fix it, so I had to use my luggage as the safe for the remaining days. ||||The Wifi kept dropping out and the staff moved the router from another room to our room which fixed up the problem. ||||The worst part -- every night we came back to the hotel, it was like entering a war zone. The hotel lobby was full of smoke due to people who dined in the restaurant next door smoking too much!

我感觉服务还是差点，感觉办事效率慢吧，叫服务生干点什么很慢才能拿过来。他们的餐饮比较好，饭还是比较好吃的。菜品比较新，个人感觉很好。交通还可以，周围属于商业区了，购物挺方便的了。这家房间隔音效果还是可以的。停车可以的，特别宽敞，地上地下都有。服务速度快点就更好了，房间还可以，稍微有点旧，墙纸稍微有点暗了。

This is a place I have stayed three times over the past 5 years, organised in relation to work at a local university. The rooms are clean and staff courteous, but have little English. The Chinese food is good, but there are some oddities for Westerners: juice at breakfast is not juice but is in fact orange or lemon cordial. The bread is full of sugar - it's more like cake. Take your own coffee bags from overseas: the coffee is dreadful. I normally stay in a larger room, with power points hanging out of the wall; but the most recent stay was in a smaller room, and only one globe worked in the indirect lighting. The problem with this hotel is that it could be great: it's just very badly managed with a lack of attention to maintenance within the rooms.

I've only been here one day with another six days to go. I booked a room with one queen bed, they gave me a room with two single beds. I asked for a non smoking room, I got a smoking room. I was supposed to get free breakfast and it took me fifteen minutes before they got that straight. Free breakfast consists of two choices. No free coffee, only horrible instant coffee. Service is bad. There is nothing to do around here. I paid $64 dollars a night and find out I could have had the same room for $39 a night. Overall this is a painful experience. I sure won't be giving Best Western any more business.

This is a fairly new property in Harbin, but already seems to be falling apart. The room was a suite, and so was pretty spacious. But, the rug in both rooms and the tile in the bathroom were all stained. There was a large wet spot on the carpet of the sitting room which didn't go away, but at least it didn't smell...... One electrical outlet was pulled out of the wall and dangling by the cable. The list goes on... The food was very mediocre and even my local hosts were embarrassed to eat the rice that was served. There were no gym facilities, though one could get out and walk around the campus of the ag university next door. The rooms were noisy and the jackhammers started up by about 5:30 in the morning. On the up side, the staff were helpful in setting us up in a nice meeting room at the last minute, but other than that, this is not a facility that I would recommend.

China is famous for hospitality, but even by certain European standards, the staff here are disinterested in their guest. The rooms are not just dated; they are worn down with rotting wood in the bathrooms, etc. Beds are uncomfortable but they do have fresh linens. Internet is good when it works. In my case, the hotel was nearly empty but some large party with a lot of yelling drunk men was placed into the room next to mine and the staff did nothing.

因为出差的原因住了这个酒店的大床房，这个酒店给我的感觉很好，因为：|1. 大床房很大很干净；|2. 床软硬适中，睡得很香；|3. 外面的景观开阔；|4. 服务员很有礼貌；|不过有两个问题要注意：|1. 因为我住的时候没有暖气，房间的空调没有热气，所以晚上睡的时候有点冷；|2. 地理位置很一般，如果去旅游不怎么建议住。
