Not bad. But you cannot find this guesthouse on booking platform. The view is good (you can have a great seaview if you are lucky). Of course below the standard of a 3-star hotel. Rooms are value for money most of the time.

The location is excellent and so does the view. It's very close to the subway. The place is clean and tidy. It's near the Hong Kong Convention Center. The guesthouse has been operated for a very long time. I cannot find their beds listed on some guesthouse booking websites. However, you can search this guesthouse from the web and phone or email them to ask for the price. Comparing to other places in the same district, this one is a value for money option.

Great value for a very central location on Hong Kong Island, with lots of shops and great local restaurants nearby and only a two minute walk to Wanchai MTR). Fairly basic but clean and everything works. Front desk are friendly and efficient, and speak English too.

地理位置优越，位于香港岛中心地带，附近有很多商店和很棒的当地餐厅，步行两分钟即可到达湾仔地铁站，性价比很高。房间设施简单，但干净整洁，一切正常运转。前台友好高效，还会说英语。

It's nice place to stay for few nights. Of course it's just place to sleep, but people who manage it try to do this stay as comfortable as they can. It's not far from subway so you can get to any place in HK very easy

这里很适合住几晚。当然，这只是个睡觉的地方，但管理这里的人会尽力让客人住得舒适。这里离地铁站不远，所以去香港任何地方都很方便。

The room was small but clean and the bathroom was very small but exactly what we expected in HK. The air conditioning worked and was very quite for being right above a busy street. The owner helped with anything we needed and helped us even with itinerary for our first stay in HK. Definitely recommend.

房间虽小但很干净，浴室也很小，但完全符合我们在香港的预期。空调很好用，而且虽然就在繁华的街道上方，但房间非常安静。老板帮我们解决了所有需要，甚至还帮我们规划了第一次来香港的行程。强烈推荐。

Near HKEC, pubs and restaurants. The place is cheap, clean, bright and only a short walk to Wanchai MTR station. Great find!

Ideal location, so close to everything that makes this so convinient, in comparison to many similar places, the rate is very attractive, friendly management.||Will definitely go there again.||||Recommended !
