This is our second time to the park and we will definitely be back! George and Gloria are just the best ever, they provide great service and are friendly and always ready to help out and answer questions. The park has full hook-ups, very nice laundry, and showers/bathrooms if you need them. It's a short walk into town if you're so inclined. The Red River is literally on one side of the campground. It's a public park fishing area, but everyone has always been polite and respectful. You can fish out the back of your space! There are also spaces along the other, non-river side. It's less than a minute to walk to the river, so no bad spaces, imo. Red River is a year-round resort town, good restaurants, shopping, grocery store, hardware store, etc. There is a dog park in town also, which is great when traveling with pups. Questa is nearby with a couple dollar stores if you need them. Close to hiking, rafting, fishing, horseback riding, jeep tours, etc.

We stayed for two weeks right on the riverside. We work remote jobs and loved stepping out of the camper to sit by the river. My husband would fish all along the river and caught some pretty rainbow trout. The RV park is walking distance from town and has great views and super friendly and helpful hosts: George and Gloria. We can’t wait to stay here again. Our Starlink worked like a charm.

The RV park is very crowded, and no seclusion at all. Nice river area to back up to. It’s easy to stay out of trouble as long as you follow the instruction sheet exactly, but there is a “drill sergeant “ there named George , that chooses to bark orders at you and everyone else packed in there the whole time. By our last day, I had a plan for making a sharp turn to exit, and of course, it wasn’t to the drill sergeant’s liking. At one point he started hollering at me and I felt I had to stand up for myself and wife. During this confrontation, he offered to fight me, a 70 year old man. I told him that I was old but would be willing to give the fight a go. He ended up going back to his office where his friends glared at me until we drove off to the safety of the highway. If I could give it a negative review, I would. Will not return. They charged a nice young couple from Kerrville, Tx. $25. Just to empty their tanks. George makes it a joke of a spot to visit!||Signed: disappointed Mike Byrne |Lubbock, Texas

Spent two nights right by the river. The park is snuggled in a cove that runs along the Red River, just a short trolley ride to town. The staff was amazing and helpful in every way. All the amenities were great and the private bathroom and showers were top-notch. We fished for two days and had a blast. This is our new favorite RV park and we'll be back soon and often!

Love, Love, Love Red River RV Park. Nestled along the Red River. Very quaint park. George and Gloria are the best hosts. You come here for a beautiful place to camp but when you leave you say good bye to family. We have met so many new friends here. Enjoy our time here every year.

We stayed here four nights. A small stream gurgled happily next to our camp site. It was a back in space but the owner helped us. We had everything we needed and nice places to eat were close by.

We stayed at a primitive campground near Red River. Our pop up camper does not have a shower. Red River RV has showers rooms you can use for $7 for 10 minutes. Very clean and staff is super friendly.

No one in town would let us dump our tiny cabover tank but this park. It surprised us how unfriendly the locals have become. This was one of our regular stops. I recommend this park for the friendly staff, and clean pretty park they run.
