The front desk clerks, Mata and Nicole, provided exceptional service characterized by their warm welcome and kindness. I sincerely appreciate their efforts in making me feel at home during my check-in process. The room was exemplary, and I particularly enjoyed the amenities offered in the kitchen. The hotel was clean and maintained a quiet atmosphere, contributing to a pleasant stay.

Super friendly and helpful staff who was patient with me even though I was exhausted from my flight and slightly confused by things. Gave me a nice, large room that was very clean and well kept. No noise problems whatsoever. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice room with all the amenities. Very friendly staff! After a 5 in a half hour flight the rest was exactly what I needed. I would definitely use this Hotel again, and I'll recommend it to my friends in the future. Some of the best street tacos I've ever had were served by one of the local restaurants that was within a mile of the Hotel.

Upper floor room thermostat not working properly, either too hot or too cold. The toilet|Paper is so cheap it is barely usable, coffee is good but call to make sure it’s available and lobby isn’t blocked off….as late as 8:30am one|morning. Staff are polite and efficient at front desk, and maid service is great.

Great place to stay. Desk clerks and housekeeping are always friendly and willing to assist with whatever you need whether it's more coffee, an extra blanket, or directions about town. I love the kitchenettes that have a full refrigerator and decent sized freezer section. Very good black out curtains will keep the light as well as extra noise out of the room.

The room was more than expected. It was ready for me to do all my own cooking, cleaning, had dinnerware clean and ready. The service was impeccable - they left me alone! Quick and easy process to get the room, and though there could be more amenities, I was glad to be more self-sufficient. All within close areas to the airport, restaurants, and stores.

Always a good stay. Clean and nice rooms. Good prices (other than summer, but all hotel prices are high here in the summer). The small kitchenette is great if you stay for a few days. Convenient to the airport and just about everything else in Anchorage.

Made reservation at 8 PM and after flight from Seattle I Arrived at 1AM. |The security gaurd meet me in the entryway with 30 second, checked my ID and got me my room room key with no wait. The suite was clean and bed was comfortable. Checkout was easy and the price was great.
