Willow House Hotel

The place is nice but the 3 days I was there the lady at the front desk was rude. I went to check in and she immiately put her foot to the door and asked what room I was in. Even though she knew when my check out date was she called my room at 10AM to ask me if I was checking out! She just made me uncomfortable for having to stay there.

Welcoming, hotel with good staff that makes check in and out easy. The décor is simple and comfortable. The rooms are a good size and are comfortable. Stores for presents on the street behind the hotel.

Newly redone. Very nice workers. Security is very good. No loitering. Brand new inside.

Unfortunately this place is unorganized. Sorry not sorry. I waited 2 hrs in the lobby, waiting for a room to be available. This trip I just waited 1 hour

It seems more of a hospice and I was not allowed to have family bring me food
