The room is very spacious and elegant. The bathroom is large. Sofa is comfy. I feel very pampered staying here! The parking lot is always shoveled. They provide a charging cord. The coffee is good too. The tv is easy to navigate. That’s a plus for sure.

Had everything we needed. Single bed mattress was too soft. Kitchen was nice to have. We saved money on food by having the kitchen. I slept on the couch, because of the soft mattress. Had plenty of pillows & blankets. Kitchen stocked nicely. Nice Room!

This is a great alternative to your typical hotel room. Its a spacious suite with complete kitchen and plenty of space. Its a bit older but well maintained and the staff is friendly and professional. ||Food at Zach's was very good but was a bit understaffed when they were really busy. ||Overall a great place to stay.

The suites are very roomy, with a full kitchen and separate bedroom. The place is old, but clean and comfortable. The location is good, within walking distance to restaurants and stores. The flowers are amazing. I did not eat here, since there were other options nearby.

This place gets business purely from location standpoint. Especially for the price point of over $300 a night the service does not reflect the price. Understaffed. Staff not friendly in general. Rooms were adequate and clean if outdated. No exceptions for early check in or late check out. When a friend’s room was not ready on time he got offered a dessert if he bought an overpriced meal! Shuttle drivers were nice! Food was good but overpriced. Service in general was grudgingly helpful. If I had a choice (this was a small tour) I would not return.

Off the bat the front desks customer service was terrible. A young girl with black hair had the worst attitude. We had to wait for our room to be ready and when I went up to ask a question she seemed terribly inconvenienced that she had to put her book down. Her other associate also sucked in a book didn’t even bother to look up. We had been waiting for two hours to get any update. To get an update we had to go up and ask. Again receiving glares and rudeness in her responses. Our business has been coming here for years and have never received such disrespect from the front desk. Such a shame.

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a Royal Caribbean cruise package. The place is nice, the suites include a bedroom, living room and full kitchen. Ours was spacious, clean and roomy and the staff is very friendly. The biggest negative is that the food is obscenely expensive, by any standard, for very average food. The breakfast buffet is almost $30/person and it's just breakfast food...there is nothing extraordinary; no champagne, roast beef, salmon, omelette station, waffles, etc. You can choose from eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, or cereal and pastry for almost $30/person (I think it is actually $28). It would be a hard pass for me had i known in advance. The other negative is the location is not great, it's safe and quiet but it's not near anything interesting. However, there is a Safeway grocery store nearby so you can grab some groceries to cook in the kitchen in your room and avoid paying at the restaurant. Another negative, you only get room service every 4 days, so save those towels! However, you can get fresh towels at the front desk
