NillAVOID THIS PLACE The owner tried to double charge us: she asked for a credit card for reservation, then we paid cash but she tried to charge us via credit card nevertheless. Luckily for us we used a prepaid card that had no allowance so the payment didn't go through. Very small beds, small bathroom with no soap, just 2 towels for 4 people, our room's view is a dirty parking lot. There is no room cleaning service, so no clean towels or bedsheets.

NillIt was as expected. Great location and rooms are a bit on the older side, but they also had the lowest price on a last minute notice The front desk was friendly to me Great place to stop for a night I also really appreciated that they had a new shower head in the bathroom! Water pressure was great!

NillI have never stayed at King's Landing Hotel, even though I've been to Homer numerous times. 8/17/24 was supposed to be my first time there. I'm giving a 1-star review because I originally booked through Expedia two weeks before my stay. However, two days before I was supposed to arrive, I received a voicemail from Expedia stating that King's Landing wouldn’t honor my reservation due to some issues they’ve had with me before. I was shocked to hear that, so when I called Expedia back, the representative slightly changed the wording but basically said the hotel refused to rent to me. Expedia refunded my money, but I was surprised since I’ve never stayed at King's Landing before. I tried to contact the hotel but didn’t get a response. After reading some other reviews, I’m glad I decided to stay somewhere else. I'm giving them an average 3-star rating for the room because I don’t know what it looks like. On a positive note, the location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and shops, which is a big plus.

★Potentially the worst hotel experience I have ever experienced, and my hotel room was bombed by the FARQ when I was in Columbia once, so that's saying something. ||Long story short, the people running this place inherited it and are running it into the ground and are on a big power trip. Ultimately, we were able to quash the bill with the credit card company, but any traveler considering staying here better beware that service here is capricious and malignant. I would be worth the short drive elsewhere for lodging would easily be worth it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!

NillDon't go there! They wrongfully accuse you of smoking in the room kick you out and charged a $250 cleaning fee. They do this to make more money off people they know will never return. We asked them to provide proof and they smarted us off saying they don't have a time machine. Gave us 15 min to vacate late in the evening. When we returned room key they smartly questioned Ready to check out. I hope the community of homer realize that preditory actions from places like this really sour opinions of tourists.

NillObviously they do not need income from tourism as they target those from out of state to be removed at 7:30 at night on the third night of a stay, without proven accusations. They do however track all of your movements in and out of your room & do not provide basic housekeeping during a multi day stay not even trash removal.

NillHot water was hot, cold water was cold. Beds were small but comfortable. Room had a fridge and a microwave. It was everything we needed, but nothing special. A place to sleep. 3 stars.
