Nicely appointed room with comfortable beds, clean, plenty of space in main area. Bathroom is small, but has everything you need. We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to see an updated room. Convenient small appliances. Location within walking distance of town shops, restaurants.

Rooms are very cute and somewhat of a modern chic. The bed sheets left us extremely itchy and there were hair entangled in it. Couldn’t get the tv to work and even tho we contacted there “highly responsive number” she never responded and butt dialed me? There was a man that was trying to look into our window and watched my family go inside( not sure if he was another guest or passing by) made the night uncomfortable knowing we are being watched. I love the amount of towels provided. Door will lock sometimes but have to fiddle with it or else it will stay unlocked.

The outside of the building looks dated but do not let that fool you. The inside is contemporary, clean and very nice place to stay. They have vinyl etc. floors so no musty carpets. Our room had 2 queen beds and breakfast nook with coffee and tea. They have a self check-in which is easy and they do communicate it well. The room binder and their communications sent before visit are very informative of what you can do and see in the area. We stayed two nights and slept very well. It’s a small place in general but we did not hear the neighbors at all. There is a separate coin laundry day in the building that could have been very handy if we were not already heading home after staying here. |I would definitely stay here again.

In a town with very little options this one is a solid choice for a night or two. We stayed one night in a quick trip to Seward in March. It is just outside of the "town" making it quite but still close to things to do. Check in a do it yourself kind of deal. You are given a code to the room and then asked to text when you arrive. They did respond quickly to our text and we had no issues. The parking lot was plowed of snow so that was helpful. Room 3 is a big room but has VERY limited places to put things. There is no closet, no dresser etc...so everything ends up sitting on the futon. The tiny desk doesn't leave much room if you have a computer. While it looked nice it wasn't the best planned hotel room. Heating the room was done with a space heater that took a while to warm up the room, and the floors were bitter cold despite the warm air. The towels in our room were dingy and stained ( past their prime) so we just hoped they were clean. I could recommend this for a one or two night stay but if you were spending a week here ...I'd choose a AirBNB.

The room is big with basic amenities. Location is quite good as it’s just at a free shuttle stop. It’s May in Alaska, so a small fan heater is not enough to warm us up. Luckily the bed is very comfy n the blankets keep us warm during the night.

Such a cute boutique motel. They pay a lot of attention to the "little things" that make it just that much better of an experience. The location is amazing. You can't beat that. Then with parking and a laundry mat on site!!! They really got a nice thing going on here. We will definitely stay again.

Really impressed with our stay in Room 3. Had everything we needed. Clean. Cozy bed. Lots of towels! Real shower amenities. Safe. Perfect location to walk to everything in either direction of town. Absolutely recommend for a couple visiting Seward!

Trailhead Lodge was a delightful surprise! Conveniently situated near downtown, it's just a short walk to numerous shops, restaurants, and bars. Although its connection to the laundromat was initially confusing, the lodge itself is utterly charming. Each room is well-equipped with coffee and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It's both quiet and impeccably clean. I absolutely loved it here and highly recommend staying at Trailhead Lodge. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
