just needed a place to sleep for the night as we’re traveling from anchorage to the lower 48 and tok was our first stop. we booked a room an hour before closing time and we arrived an hour after they closed. the lady on the phone made booking so easy and she made sure our room was unlocked when we arrived! we stayed in a pet friendly room and room was very clean and served its purpose. the bathroom was also very clean!

Customer service is 100%. My husband didn't get the ladies' names that he spoke with. He's a truck driver and wasn't going to get there until after the restaurant closed. She made sure that his room was unlocked and the food he asked for was in the room for him. This type of service is very much appreciated, especially when you're on the road all day.

Decent motel, older, needs updating. Wifi was almost non existent in the rooms and had to walk over to the restaurant to get decent signal. Pet friendly, my dog was happy and there were a lot of dogs staying there. i think they keep the older rooms for people with pets. Nice sized rooms.Clean.

I’ve stayed here twice now and it’s always been super convenient and easy to stay with them. Never an issue. Downfall is no fridge or microwave in suits but doesn’t stop me from staying here. There is a gas station down the street and they let you use there microwave and are kind as well.

Park right outside room. Sidewalk snow cleared. Comfortable bed & very clean. Restaurant had office, food was great!

So, this is a hotel that steps back in time to the 1950s. That said, the rooms were clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The heat was great. They do not have air conditioning but offer their guests two fans. I would definitely stay there again.

We stopped here on our way back from Prudhoe Bay due to rain. It was definitely the nicest, quietest, room we stayed in the entire trip. The room at Denali might have been a little nicer but Denali staff knocked on our door THREE TIMES BEFORE 8:00 A.M! (But that is a different review.)

Nice clean room with comfortable beds. It can be hot in the summer days because there's no A/C, but this is Alaska. Most motels don't equipped with A/C. Right? The restaurant serves great comfy food. 😋
