Sonesta Select Phoenix Chandler

Only stayed one night on a business trip. But the staff was very friendly. I checked in late 11pm, and the staff was very informative about what restaurants and bars were still open. They also offered a late check out. Not the standard 12pm. Instead of 11am, they let me stay until 2 pm for free. The room was large, nicely maintained, and very modern. Large tv, desk, and the king bed was comfortable.

This place is absolutely fantastic! Nestled in a prime location, it’s just a stone's throw away from a vibrant selection of shops and restaurants, making it a perfect spot to explore all that the area has to offer, all within a leisurely stroll. Upon our late-night arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Treegan (my apologies for any misspelling). From the moment we stepped in, his friendly demeanor and charismatic presence put us at ease. He took the time to guide us through all the property amenities and shared valuable local tips, ensuring our stay would be nothing short of amazing. The property itself is a treasure trove of amenities, though we didn’t take advantage of them during our visit. Our room was a true sanctuary, immaculately clean and well-stocked with plush towels that added a touch of luxury. The bed was extraordinarily comfortable, providing the perfect haven for restful nights. Both the heat and air conditioning worked flawlessly, allowing us to customize our ideal room temperature. The bathroom was impressively spacious, offering plenty of room to move around. However, I did notice some minor aesthetic issues with the bath hardware showing signs of rust, which was a small drawback in an otherwise lovely space. One of the delightful surprises was the little shop located at the front of the property. It had an ample selection of toiletries, snacks, and food options, along with a fantastic variety of beer and wine, making it incredibly convenient for late-night cravings or forgotten essentials. Overall, our experience was filled with great comfort and convenience, and I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a memorable stay!

This Sonesta was a great value. Nothing fancy, but clean with a friendly staff.||The bed was comfortable. I prefer a tub/shower combo, but made just a shower work.||This is an ex Courtyard by Marriott to give you an idea of the layout. Great breakfast spot just out the front doors.

Great location, easy access, good restaurants around. Rates were very affordable and this place is also pet friendly for and additional fee. I believe $75.00 per stay |Overall decent stay, especially that is pet friendly so you can stay with your fury friends but had some issues. It could’ve been 3.5-4 |At the time of check in. I had to go back to the front desk 2 times until the front desk clerk assigned me another room. |They charge you a parking fee when there is plenty of parking space and it is is unusual to get charged for parking in Phoenix. |The bed was very hard and for my liking. I usually like a comfortable bed. |The other issue I had is that the trash cans around the hotel were overflowing all they. It looked bad and smelled. Especially the ones upfront. |Overall a decent stay. Maybe they need a little more detail and maintenance.

Great hotel by the airport. Check in went well. Rooms are a bit on the small side but are clean and quite modern. Very quiet and got a great sleep. Not sure why there is a 5 dollar charge for parking when it is close to a mall with a lot of parking around. Would definitely stay here again if I wanted to be by the airport.

My wife and I had decided to get married in AZ, and 90% of our guest stayed in the hotel. Marget and the staff were very help and kind. They accommodated all our needs and the needs of our guest. The hotel was also in a very convenient location (within 15 minutes from all three of our venues.) I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone especially for large events. Will definitely be staying in the same hotel if we are visiting AZ. Once again thank you Marget and team for making our special day special!

The room itself was nice looking, and the beds were comfy. However, after a few minutes of being there, though, it was apparent how filthy the place was. The chair had stains, I found trash on the floor, the shower was dirty, the closet door was covered in hand prints, there was a toothpaste stain on the sink and looks like the bottom of the sink has never been cleaned. The air unit also made whistling sounds. There's no microwave in the room, and the microwave in the lobby was dirty. Definitely go elsewhere.

Overall a good hotel. However, it is pricey, the breakfast is not included and what is available for purchase isn't really worth it. The rooms are fine, pretty standard size and layout. The stand-up feature are the pool and hot tub outside.
