★★★★★Stayed at this hotel when my family was checking out a NASCAR race in early March. It was a bit far away from the track but it was the best price option since all the hotels in the area were charging a crazy amount. Overall it was a good place to stay. No complaints.

NillMy stay was very good. My room was clean and comfy. Morning breakfast was good. Overall, very happy. Plus Rudy's is a Texas BBQ place that is just down the block. Highly recommend.

★★Positive: Great location, parking was ample and secure. Negative: We have stayed at Hampton Inns for years due to their standards. This hotel was filthy. Liquid spill on the floor leading into the elevator at 3 pm check in was still there at 10 am checkout. Breakfast plain bagels and waffles. Will not stay here again

NillWe LOVE Hampton Inn & Suites so when we needed a room last min we decided to stay here. The location is good but it is hands down the worst Hampton Inn I have ever experienced. It’s a cheap motel with the Hampton logo. NOTHING about this stay is in keeping with the typical experience. Everything was pretty clean and the location is great- that’s the star. The details were lacking. Room was worn, wallpaper stained, breakfast eggs and sausage were cold, beds not comfortable, curtains in the lobby were unkempt, coffee cups teeny tiny and creamer was expired, we weren’t told about the $50 hold or charge for parking, no answer the multiple times we called for an extra pillow, tv remote didn’t work properly…too many little things to count. I left feeling like I paid over $200 for 1 awful nights sleep, gross breakfast and mediocre service. This Hampton did not meet the usual Hampton Inn expectations.

NillEasily one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed at. This place is a cheap motel with a high price slapped on it due to the Hampton ownership. From even before I got in, the wait was almost an hour after the scheduled time, and it did not get any better. Elevators started moving before the doors closed, room smelled like smoke, bullet holes in the windows, and the remote to the disability pool chair was completely severed. The shower head and faucet were completely loose, and a child could have pulled them off if they'd like. The only reason this hotel stays open is due to the location and the company tied to it's name. Would not recommend unless you'd like to feel the authentic shady motel experience.

NillI'm a Gold Member, and I have to say this Hampton Inn ranks as one of the worst I've ever stayed at. It's incredibly dated and has a very shabby feel to it. We saw a piece of paper in our room upon checking in that the place is scheduled to be renovated, but they'd be better served by tearing it down and starting over. I was never welcomed as a Gold Member. I had to ask for the water bottles, and I was never offered one of their snack items upon checking in. I asked for one of the small plastic bag to carry the water - they were out of them. The breakfast area is tiny, with few tables, and has something like a 26" TV (which to me was actually an advantage, but in practical terms it was useless). The carpet in the halls and in the room were almost threadbare. The drain in the tub was so slow that taking a shower lasting more than a minute meant standing in the non-draining shower water. And they charge a $15 nightly parking fee. The hot breakfast was OK, usual items, but that's pretty much true of all Hampton Inns. I did not use the outdoor pool nor the fitness room, so I can't speak to those. Its location on the edge of Phoenix is OK if you don't mind driving, but if you want to enjoy any attractions in downtown Phoenix, you've a long way to go. On the whole, you can make do here, but it's mediocre at best. I probably wouldn't have written this review, but seeing the parking fee show up on my bill gave me the extra nudge to warn others if they choose to stay here. And don't bother with any "Response from the Owner" crap. You have no intention of changing anything, as my complaints are the same complaints from other guests. You've done nothing to fix stuff in the past, so there's no reason to think you're going to fix stuff in the future. You want a 5-star review? Take off the $60 parking fee from my bill for a start. Then we'll talk.

NillWorn rooms with thin walls (exterior and interior). I usually read reviews of hotels before booking but assumed a certain level of quality with the Hilton brand based on past experience as a Hilton member and booked this hotel. I would not stay here again. The noise was the hardest to deal with on the thin walls and old air conditioner, but the pillows and mattress are in need of a refresh and the room, although a fairly clean, is showing its age and the walls had some stains on them. To top it off, one of the guests near us was smoking marijuana off and on all night which we could smell in our non smoking room. I am also displeased with the parking fee for what is a regular parking lot. Hilton can do better, what a disappointment.

NillI picked this location because of the restaurants near by. As far as Hamptons go, this one was a little dated. I have stayed at nicer ones for less.... but none the less I made the choice to book. What I was unaware of was the 15 dollar parking fee... to park in their open, outside, parking lot. I think paying 150+ for a room, it should include outside parking. As a Hilton Honor member, this is the first time I, ever had to pay for parking at a Hampton Inn. I will not be back to this particular location. But the staff was super nice.
