NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! Hilton I am so disappointed there were a number of issues in staying in this property. Let me list them for you. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are way better options around town choose wisely. 1. Being charged $15 a day for parking after you’ve made your reservation and checked in it’s ridiculous. The bookie never even indicates it parking is separate. 2. The hallway stay filled with trash. It’s like they don’t have a person to pick up the trash daily or nightly disgusting 3. we stayed for several days and not one time that our TV work. The TVs were out of commission the entire time and when we contacted the front desk, they told us to reset them which we did 10 times and they still didn’t work which leads me to believe that the Internet wasn’t good either 4. The people was stuffed,with tissue, which is concerning. 5. How about we seen a roach in our room even more disgusting and when I told the front desk, they seem to be as surprised as we were no accommodations were offered.

I had a fantastic 3-day stay at the Hilton Home2 Suites in Chandler! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Nico and Joe at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—whether it was offering great local recommendations or making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The suite itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette was a huge plus, and the complimentary breakfast each morning was a great way to start the day. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with easy access to Chandler Fashion Center! Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hospitality made this stay truly memorable. I will definitely be returning to the Hilton Home2 Suites in Chandler for future visits!

Awesome property! We were very impressed with the guest service, especially at the front desk. Jesse was super hospitable and helpful at check in and everyone else we encountered there were great too. Housekeeping did a very good job keeping our room clean during the stay. The breakfast crew was very nice too. We will be back!

Expected more from this Hilton hotel. I travel 70-90 days a year for work for the past 20+ years and always stay at a Hilton property. This property was one of the worst from the initial shock of paying for parking, to a hard bed, unappealing breakfast, and damaged shower. The usual Hilton response will be added to this review similar to other reviews posted here, “they appreciate our response and will look into it”. Wake up Hilton and actually correct the identified issues with this specific location the many reviewers have identified to you. The most disappointing being the parking and breakfast! Do something to correct these issues, be accountable to yourself.

Overall a very good to excellent hotel with one serious flaw. Clean rooms, comfy beds, good A/C, good shower, and friendly, helpful staff. The problem: They charge $15 per day for parking that can only be paid through an app. What a pain!|If they are simply raised the the room rate by $15 I wouldn't complain at all. If they had added a $15 a day to my bill for parking I would think it is odd in this location, but not annoying. But to charge for parking in Phoenix, the poster child for urban sprawl, giant vehicles, and infinite parking lots, and then make you spent 5 minutes typing info into an app to pay it is just stupid and annoying.

Very clean made it easier to relax. Maid service was excellent, everyone was nice. The pool was also clean and clear there was not an overbearing bleach smell-yuck. It felt like resort stay. Everything worked in the room. And the food was tasty which is always a plus.

The front desk personnel were ALL fantastic throughout our stay. This place is clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was that they charged for parking, even though the area it is located in is NOT conjested. We paid $15 a night for a parking lot that was not even half full and was at least two city blocks from other business locations.

Stayed here for a baseball tournament. The facilites were nice and clean. The rooms were spacious. Full kitchen with plates, bowls, cups, and even a dishwasher. Breakfast wasn’t great but it was included.
