NillThe service was good, I have had better at other locations but not as bad as I have had before. The rooms are good. I loved the pillows, and the pillow spray they supplied felt like I actually slept in a hotel. The pool had weird stuff floating in it was not 100% what it was.

NillHotel was easy to find. Short travel time to any services you may need (food, drinks, gas, shopping, etc). The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was fair in size, but not a lot of space to set down belongings. The beds were comfy enough. The temp control was decent. The view from the room was absolute garbage though...nobody wants to open their curtains and stare out at a rooftop full of air conditioners.

NillStayed at the Marriott Phoenix Chandler quick trip, and overall, it was a solid experience. The location is great—right in the Price Road Corridor with easy access to Loop 101, not far from I-10, and just a short drive to Chandler Fashion Center for shopping and dining. The room was clean and modern, with a comfy bed, views of the desert from the higher floor. It was nothing remarkable but clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The outdoor pool was a highlight—perfect for relaxing in the Arizona sun—and the fitness center was pretty dang nice real well equipped. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Proof 19, the on-site restaurant, had tasty food and a good selection of drinks. The bonvoy members club was rather basic. There were some snacks available in the evening. In the morning for breakfast there was a little continental breakfast provided. Eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, breads, and such. Nothing wild but still good. I’d stay here again!

NillModern and clean hotel. Good service. Suited my business trip purposes. Would have given 5 stars rating but chose 4 as (1) no in-room safe, (2) evening food at executive lounge was relatively poor (off-night?), not up to par with other "Marriott Hotels," and (3) relatively high price, perhaps due to short noticed reservation. Anyway, it was good enough.

NillWe were just blown away by the caring service and beautiful and clean Marriott this is. Katarina was so amazing, and made our anniversary stay super extra special. THIS is what we long for in every hotel stay. We felt like a valued Marriott member. Our room was beautiful and you can tell the staff truly cares. Thank you!

★★★★★This is your typical well maintained, well appointed and well run Marriott hotel. I stayed for one night at the end of October 2024 as I had to extend my stay in the Tempe area for one day and the hotel did not disappoint. Being Bonvoy Elite member I got to use the M club lounge where there was a selection of food and beverages on offer. I also had b'fast there the following morning and that was equally good. The room was clean , spacious and well maintained. the location of the hotel seems to be right on the edge of town - you get this by looking out of the window at the back of the hotel. If you want to go out for a bite to eat, you have to driver or take a taxi as there is no food option in the immediate vicinity of the hotel; another choice is to eat in the hotel restaurant which I cannot comment on because I did not use it.||I did like the two towering cacti at the hotel front entrance.||Overall, an excellent Marriott hotel suitable (in my opinion) for the business traveller.
