Everyone was friendly - view of mountains was nice - watching all the lights at night is a personal favorite so having the view we did from the top floor was great! Only thing this Marriott didn’t have that I missed was complimentary coffee available in the lobby to have at any given time (this might be normal, but it always available at the other places I’ve stayed). This location was easy access and very clean.

this is a really lovely old courtyard. maybe the best I've been to. it is a little worn around the edges, but really lovingly cared for. it feels like as much as home, as much as a corporate run hotel can be. the rooms are really nice. there are few amenities in the lobby. there is free car charging at the nearby Hilton.

The staff here is fantastic. From Management, Front Desk, House Keeping and restaurant staff, they seem to genuinely care about customers. My impression while staying here is that they will go the extra mile to ensure your stay is top notch. Thank you guys! You will definitely be my first choice when I am in the Chandler area in the future. 😁👌💯%

First let me start my review with the staff is amazing!! We were checked in by Amelia and she was super helpful. The young man in the evenings was also great!! The maid did not hesitate to replace our microwave when it died on day 2. We stayed a total of 3 nights visiting family in the area. Please do not mistake this hotel from the Marriot up the street also on Price. We did not like how anyone can go up to the rooms on the elevator. The bathrooms need to be updated. I had to buy shower shoes because I refused to step on the floor in the shower. No continental breakfast just a bistro for breakfast and dinner. Didn’t like the menu selections so we did not order anything. We used the snack area and overpaid $5 each for bottled water. If you have a cup you can refill on the lemon water they have in the lobby to save. We also ordered pizza from across the street— they will deliver and they are good!! As a Marriot member I was disappointed and I also paid extra for the Mountain View and it was not worth it. Parking lot felt unsafe at night. The worst part was the ac rattled and my husband had to fix it himself, otherwise we would not have been able to sleep. Please replace the motel 6 type of ac units.

Recently stayed at this location, all the staff was great. We had left a personal item behind (our fault) in the hopes it would be turned in, only person that entered the room was housekeeping and unfortunately it was stolen. Nobody had stayed in the room yet and only housekeeping had entered to clean room and 100% left in a drawer. Yes we should have not left it but just proves how dishonest people can be unfortunately. And in this case it was housekeeping. Reminder to check room well before leaving. We were tired and left early and unfortunately missed checking the drawer. Update: Situation was resolved after further investigation.

I stayed at this hotel because others in my workgroup are staying here on business. I've said it in other reviews and I'll say it again, the Marriott brand just doesn't seem to hold up anymore. The staff here is super friendly, but the hotel can use some updating. I've seen budget hotels that situated cleaned and more updated. Perhaps I'm spoiled by the other two big brands. At check-in, I was greeted immediately by a smiling and friendly clerk. He signed my room and offered me a bottle of water. I was surprised that I couldn't get a digital key and that there are no smart controls. You can however watch Netflix on the TV. The very dated room has a strange odor. Not smoke or mildew or even unbearable, just strange. There are zero USB outlets and the standard outlets at the bedside are on the wall mounted lamps circa 1998 and VERY loose My travel charger wouldn't stay plugged in so I used the wall outlets. The mattresses are a bit too firm for my liking. The pillows were soft and packed volume and support. The bathroom, like the rest of the hotel room, was very dingy. I'm sure it's just the age, but the tub looked dirty and mildewed. The climate control was off when I got to my room. Again, not something that typically happens with a couple of other hotel chains with smart controls. The room itself isn't well lit. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to see the thermostat when I arrived. Also lacking sufficient lighting is the parking lot. A little creepy if you had to park or go to your car late at night alone. The "Starbucks" could only serve cold drinks unless it was plain coffee so I had an iced macchiato instead of hot. It was week made though and it is Phoenix so there's that. The person working the counter was very sweet and approved about the broken steamer. Again, the staff is the only reason for this not being a 1-2 star stay. Hopefully the property group who owns the hotel treats them well. Nevertheless, I will not be staying here again.

This is the worst Marriot I’ve ever stayed at. I travel a lot and stay at a Marriott when I can. This one is built right next to the highway! Thin windows! You will hear traffic noises all night and day long!! Do not stay here.

Recently was in the area for a work trip and this hotel was one that was recommended for the conference. I just wanted to say a big thank you to Amelia! She was so hospitable and so welcoming. I had quite a few questions about the area and she was super helpful! You guys have a superstar working on your team! I was very appreciative that she offered the use of the pool and lobby while I hung out to wait for my red-eye flight. The pool area was very clean and surprisingly refreshing on the 114 degree day that I spent there. Thank you Amelia for being so kind!
