DON'T STAY HERE! Worst check out experience I've had. The owner refused to give us the deposit back. We went above & beyond, cleaned the room & took all the trash out. The owner made us wait for over 30 mins & then told us to come back tomorrow for 1/2 the deposit. We are traveling through & not from here. She should be reported to the IRS for keeping people's deposit cause you know she's not reporting it. I'm not sure how she sleeps at night knowing she steals peoples money.

Warning !!! This place is nothing like it advertised. The room is a dump. There were multiple burn holes in the bed spread as seen in my photos. I went to Walmart and bought a blanket and a set of sheets and towels to use. I went to put a few beverages in the refrigerator, and the freezer door came half off. The ceiling fan had a missing fan blade. The TV didn't work, and when I told the office lady, she said everyone left. I asked her if she could show me how to work it, that maybe I was doing something wrong, she changed the subject, and told me I needed to move my car. No trash cans in the room. When I was checking in there were two pieces of paper taped to the window with rules. We are to remove all our trash and put it in the dumpster. No visitors allowed whatsoever. I got this room for the price, and the pool. My granddaughter didn't swim because it was already closed. On the gate to the pool is a sign that says to make sure you are completely dry before entering back into your room. What? I didn't save any money in the long run, we had a horrible night. Guess the old saying goes; you get what you pay for... P.S. Don't do it! Even as cheap as it is, it's still not worth it.

When I first arrived they told me they couldn't find my booking because they "only have booking through Expedia" and that i'd have to pay there, even though their motel was on Hotels.com. After I called hotels.com they all of a sudden found my booking. After getting the keycard I went in and looked at the room, it was very horrible . First off, there was NO smoke detector. I can't imagine if someone used the microwave and a fire caught how no one would know because a smoke alarm is not in place. The refrigerator had maggots inside. The shower head was rusted with mildew. The bed had pee stains and other stains on them. The couch was VERY VERY dirty, it looks like its never been cleaned nor replaced. The sink was dirty with unknown residue in it. The door had tape on it and was cracked around the hinges . The whole unit was unsanitary and unsafe, I couldn't even sleep there. The next morning I came back to the hotel, they denied me a refund, told me the manager would be in at 11, then once 11 came they said the manager was on a week vacation. I also noticed when I went back in the room with the worker because he had to check it . They changed the sheet . I was not there why would they open “my” door . I do NOT recommend staying here at all. Protect your health, Pay the $10 - $20 extra dollars and stay somewhere else !!

Aswil, if I heard correctly, was extremely accommodating and helpful when we rebooked for our second well here. Thank you! I've stayed here for a week. I'm in a kitchenette. The stove is old but works great, I've used it every night. Shower and bathroom work fine. It's right down the road from the Asian district in Mesa so there's a lot of Asian food with in two miles, and two Asian groceries as well. Safeway is half a mile away, same with Jack in the box and Pizza Hut. There's a great smoke shop and a cigar shop as well. Small liquor and cigarette store in the block open until 10pm. Bus and light rail are all close, sycamore Transit center is half mile away. I don't like this area or Mesa as a rule but this place is hidden away enough it stays quiet, I'm in the back I can't hear the light rail or the traffic.

This place is absolute trash. I was here for less then an hour when I asked for my money back because of how dirty it was and I had video of the bedbugs. There was also a bandaid holding the electric socket in place, and the bathroom was missing a lightbulb. Scary gross.

We checked in and left within one hour. She required a $20 CASH deposit. This is the first time I've ever had a lodging establishment require cash and will not take credit/debit/check or anything traceable. ||Objectively, this is what we found checking in:||Spoiled food left in microwave|Cat food left in cabinet|Counter top and table, sticky. Other surfaces not wiped down|Freezer was repaired with yellow tape|Shower still has hair in the tub. There are questionable stains in the tub. The shower handle I loose and is about to come off|Bed pillows are stained|Bed linens are stains|There is no cutlery, pots, pans, or plates to use for the kitchenette ||The property owner scolded us for keeping the air conditioning. She barged through the front door and I quote, "… electricity is expensive. Keep the door shut when you're using the air conditioning m**er f**ers". Mind you, I opened the door to pick up more luggage from our car in the parking lot.||Lastly, when I started to record her for her conduct, she began to lie stating the house keeping told me to turn down the A/C and I slammed the door in her face and she's going to call the cops to arrest us and charge us $1500 for A/C repairs. ||I'm sure everyone knows how a customer should be treated so I will not state the obvious. I'm warning everyone to stay away from this hotel. ||See photos and videos. I should have taken more photos but was shocked and caught off guard when she barged into our room.

This place is definitely the worst place I have ever seen in my 40 plus years of travel . The owner is absolutely terrible and dishonest. I booked through Expedia and when I walked into the room it was absolutely nothing like the pictures that were shown online. Do your self a favour and do not book with these people who are rude and not customer friendly. They cost me time and money and I will assure you I will have the last laugh at them. A BUNCH OF PIGS.

I paid $102 and this is the room they gave me. It smelled like cigarettes, it wasn't clean, and there were cigarette burns in the sheets. And I booked a non-smoking room
