Sheraton Mesa Hotel at Wrigleyville West

Excellent location with unbelievably great staff. Clean rooms and many amenities. We stayed at the hotel as a group and everyone at the hotel was very friendly nice and polite. The whole team at the hotel starting with Marnelle, Nancy, David, Tracy to Dawn, Jeremy and Lise were great to deal with. We will unreservedly recommend this place for any individual or group travelers. The team treats you with passion and respect. They embody the true Customer Service attitude.

Cassie and John at Stats bar are incredible. The service was great. The bartender John and bar manager Cassie were very attentive even though there was a corporate party and wedding all demanding their attention. We were promptly served and the team was very communicative. Our time was well spent hanging out with them at the bar. Service like this will make us want to come back to this particular hotel.

The service and location are great, at least if you’re traveling cross-country and have a dog with you. But the hotel was WARM. We stayed in late April/early May and maybe they just don’t think you need A/C then? But the bar/restaurant, lobby, hallways, elevator and even our room was uncomfortably warm. We turned our room A/C to 65 and it never even reached 70, which is our usual preference.

This is an absolutely wonderful hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. My family of 4 had booked a hotel in Mesa that gave us 1 bed for 4 people. They would not help us with a different room. It was midnight, and we had just finished a long flight. It was spring training for baseball in the area. We couldn't find another room and my children were very tired. The Sheraton somehow figured out how to free up a room with 2 queen beds for us when no other hotel in the area could. We will stay here again and will be eternally grateful for their help. And the hotel was perfect!

Cassie and John at the stats bar were perfection! We had 2 different parties going on during our stay. They were on top of drink orders/food orders and very communicative while we were there at the bar. Never once had to ask for a drink, always on top of empty glasses and service was great.

Been a long time since I gave out 1 star. This is one of the nastiest unclean hotels I have ever stayed at. Piss on walls and floor. Shower full of black mold and god knows what else. Carpet is stained and sticks to your feet. Don’t touch the furniture! Bed is worn out. ||Good note is staff was amazing. Everyone smiled and was happy to help. ||Marriott needs to deflag this hotel.

We are staying here for two nights in room 316, we stayed here so we could walk over to the Cubs Spring Training game. It is right there and super convenient in that aspect. However, for $300.00 + per night, we are extremely disappointed. So much, that I wish we weren't staying one more night. Here's a list of what needs improvement. The staff are very courteous and friendly. 1. Hotel room Door doesn't close all the way. You have to wait for it to close, then pull it shut. 2. Towels stink. Had to breathe through my mouth to dry myself off. Had to request new towels. 3. Fan on heating/air unit was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep. 4. Tables in the outdoor area were filthy every time we went outside, unacceptable. 5. The buffet breakfast was without a doubt the Worst breakfast we've had in a very long time. They should have a sign posted that you have to pay, it's not complimentary. The hotels that have a complimentary breakfast are way better, which isn't saying much. We should have asked, it was over $20.00 per person which was flat out robbery for such a horrible meal. 6. 3 of the tiles in the bathroom are loose and make a lot of noise when you step on them. Hard to be quiet at night with loud tiles. Additionally, the bathroom door slided to shut, and was very loud, hard to be quiet during the middle of the night. 7. The quality of the restaurant food was mediocre. We were without a vehicle, so we opted to eat here. 8. All in all we are extremely disappointed with this hotel and will not stay here again. I'm really sorry we have to stay another night. The tenants who have kids that were above our room, sounded like they were jumping off the beds until about midnight, and it started again before 8am. I would ask to be moved if we were staying more than one more night. For $300.00 + per room, you expect the place to be rather nice. Like a working AC unit that isn't so loud you have to blast the TV to hear over the fan, or turn it off at night. This experience has really soured me on staying at hotels. We will opt for a VRBO or an AirBnB next time.

Friendly & Super Service To start , very decent spacious room for myself , I stayed in room 456 for one night it was very nice and peaceful, I had no complaints for people being too loud or anything , I was able to get a great nights rest! The staff is top tier , as soon as I called for more towels , it was brought to me no later than 10 minutes. The staff member that had came to bring me what I asked for , happened to be the house keeping manager , her name was Peggy, such a sweet polite lady , she asked me if I had everything I needed and asked how I was doing during my stay at the Sheraton hotel, it made my night, peggy and overall the staff met up to my expectations! My room was also spotless as soon as I stepped foot into the door , and you cant beat the prices either! Thank you Sheraton for the best experience ever , I definitely will be booking again in the future ! keep up the good work! :))))
