Kylie is amazing! She was the absolute best person to welcome us into the hotel and made our check-in experience feel so warm and personal. She greeted us with genuine kindness and such a friendly demeanor that it instantly set the tone for a great stay. What really stood out was how gracefully she handled a very difficult situation—some rude guest in line was berating her for no good reason, and yet she remained completely composed, professional, and still incredibly kind. I was honestly blown away. I don’t think I could’ve handled it half as well as she did. I am here celebrating my birthday, and Kylie made it feel extra special. Because of her, I’ll absolutely be coming back. She’s a gem of a human and a total asset to the hotel. Kylie deserves a raise, a promotion—something that reflects how exceptional she is. Thank you, Kylie, for making my stay so memorable!

We used Residence Inn Phoenix Mesa East for our wedding hotel block, as recommended by our venue, and are so happy we did! We did not end up staying here but had a handful of guests that did. Our guests received discounted pricing up until one month before the big day. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The included transportation options were SO helpful and much appreciated by both us and our guests. They allowed us to drop off welcome bags for our guests to receive at time of check-in. Communication was easy and straight forward. Highly recommend this hotel for wedding block if you are getting married in the AJ or Mesa area!

We had to re-route our trip from Albuquerque to San Diego due to severe weather causing I-40 closures. We decided to go through Phoenix the morning we left and picked this Marriott property. The GM, Jacob, was extremely helpful and accommodating as we were traveling with 3 young kids. The place is clean & new and the staff are friendly. Location was perfect for us traveling from NM. Thank you!

This was a nice hotel. The room we had was quiet, clean, and in good condition. We went in October and at that time of year the pool is shaded by to hotel so it's very comfortable to sit out there even when the temperature is in the 90s. |A few things to be aware of: there is a limited choice of restaurants nearby but there is a Sprouts about a mile away. Also, the exercise room has limited weight lifting equipment, only dumbbells and benches.|Overall, the hotel is good and I would stay there again.

Nicest residence inn I have ever stayed in - rooms were clean and updated. Only downside is it was pricier than other hotels in the area, probably because of the great quality. Highly recommend as an option if you’re needing to stay in the area!

Good proximity to Lost Dutchman State Park and easy to get to from Phoenix. Pricing was fair and the rooms were clean and updated. The breakfast was nothing special but I still appreciated that the breakfast was included as most places have done away with that now. Staff was friendly and helpful and overall the hotel was very nice.

Would have given a 5 star but our heat didn't work in our room. Was offered to change rooms but we were already unpacked and only had one more night. We were able to manage.
