NillQuiet enough hotel. Easy access to Mesa. Enter only on eastbound Main St., exit the same way to a roundabout. Coffee 'across the street car line.' Decent rooms, modest breakfast offerings. Parking lot is well lit, and we had no problems. We did have some issue missing a 'do not disturb' hang tag, but we just spoke to the maids, who seemed ever-present and friendly. English as a second language, but quite helpful and we communicated well enough. Lit blue sign, even if it isn't more that ten feet tall, helped at night. Clean, tidy, well appointed and in good repair.

NillGreat updated hotel. Rooms were really good. Restrooms could use a little updating as there was mold and cracked tiles in our bathroom. Great front desk staff and pretty close to a lot of things!

NillBasic hotel with very limited breakfast options and Only FOUR tables for seating. Ample parking and the hotel has a nice hot tub and pool. As for the room, comfortable. The bathroom had some issues; tub wouldn't drain while showering and the control valve was loose as well as the commode.

NillFirst of all, the manager here has very poor customer service. Second, they will double deep. Even if the hotel was 100% prepaid already, they will give it to another person if you came late. They will then cancel your reservation if you question their integrity, and if she can’t get her way out when you question why she gave the room to another person even if it was fully paid in advance. We went instead to Holiday Inn Express-Gilbert. Excellent customer service! Booked us quick, and allowed me early check-in like in less than 10 minutes without extra fees since I am a member. Lesson learned: don’t book in mediocre hotel especially if your trip is long and tiresome to avoid headache and negative energy.

NillGreat little hotel! Very clean, comfy beds, breakfast was cereal, toast, begals, boiled eggs, yogurt, juice, and coffee. Coffee in the lobby is a concentrate, but the rooms have a Kurig. The area was quiet, and the parking lot was tight for a big truck. Staff was friendly, even checking in at midnight, the young man at the counter was very nice and attentive. Highly recommend!!

Nill0 out of 10 I do not recommend. We booked the Presidential suite with a hot tub but we had no working toilet, the sink was clogged and the TV had no sound. We reported the issue and was told that the manager works from home, they didn’t have any maintenance associates, we could not change rooms or receive a refund. This was special getaway for my fiancé and I but we were not compensated at all which ruined our evening.

NillI wanted to change the date of my reservation because my mother suddenly became ill, but the hotel refused because the 24-hour deadline had passed. I didn't want to cancel, I just wanted to postpone the reservation for a week. So I have to pay the full price of the room, even though I won't be occupying it. They showed no empathy or compassion. Really poor service. You're not sorry at all, because if you were you'd pay me back. So no, I will never do business with your hotel again, and I urge everyone to do the same!

NillVery disappointed with my stay here. The room looked nice, I paid extra for the jetted bath tub. The hot water wasn’t working, they said a part a had to be replaced. However, it still wasn’t working at 10 pm before I went to bed. And when my husband called about our disappointment the manager never called us back. Paid extra for something we couldn’t use. Wouldn’t recommend.
