Plus Mesa Hotel

The hotel over all was okay. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent, although could have had a little more variety. The cleanliness over all was just okay (Hallways dirty, rooms seemed like they needed a deep clean but not dirty). The beds were not comfortable and lumpy. The shower did not drain properly and the water was SCALDING hot no matter what way you turned the faucet. We were really looking forward to using the pool, but did not feel comfortable doing so. The pool looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time and the area around the pool was cracked and crumbling. Overall we felt like we paid way more than what the hotel was worth and did not add any positives to our vacation. unfortunately, we will not be staying at this location again. We were really hoping to like this hotel because it is very close to the family we were there visiting. One plus is the Native Wings restaurant that is in the same parking lot was fantastic!

When I arrived exhausted from traveling all day, the smiles at the front desk really made a difference. The staff were friendly and took care of everything for me. The room was very clean and the room cleaners did an awesome job making sure the room was ready when I returned to the room. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of eggs, sausage biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal for the kids and excellent coffee. Overall this hotel is a 10 in my mind. Super experience.

Management is undertaking a renovation of this older hotel structure. Very attentive service folks and rooms were acceptable but you could tell needed to be upgraded and updated. Pool was not available due to the work. Apple parking and very convenient location just off of route 60. A beautiful Tongan lady at the front desk made our stay quite enjoyable and the breakfast was very nice and basic.

Room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The king size bed was very comfortable. Price was great too. The bathroom was clean, until the following morning, when I was getting in the shower, I saw hair stuck in the drain. I informed the front desk and they stated they would inform the housekeeper. Not sure if they cleaned it, because they put in a stopper. The housekeeper also forgot to leave us clean washcloths and did not sweep the bathroom floor on our second day. Overall, it was a nice stay, with a good breakfast (could use some fresh fruit). I would stay there again.

One of the best hotels in mesa, friendly staff, not Ridgid or difficult to work with. Understanding, respectful, & accommodating. Free breakfast every morning. Vending machine is affordable.. other hotels mark up price ridiculous 3x the cost.. stayed here almost 30 days.. the staff liked my wife and the cleaners were very helpful while carry a industrious character to them selves.

I was really surprised how comfortable my stay was. It was quiet, the room was cozy, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was a very nice surprise! I was expecting the usual packaged pastries and waffles but there were real muffins, eggs, sausage, eggs, waffles and biscuits with gravy. Overall my stay exceeded my expectations and I was pleased.

I stayed one night on January 19, 2020. This hotel was very clean and the staff was exceptional. Check-in was a breeze and the room was clean. The breakfast in the morning was very good and much more than just a Continental type breakfast. The lady in charge of the breakfast was very helpful and made sure everything was well stocked. I would stay here again. I would also recommend Best Western in general as I have stayed at others and was always pleased with my stay.

Excellent stay. The hotel staff I encountered were exceptional. The room was pleasant and comfortable. It was very obvious that entire guest check in area and dining room had been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Covid precautions were clearly in place which we appreciated. We would stay again
